Absolutely fantastic property! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and makes you feel like you are surrounded by nature. From the numerous plants and flowers, as well as the streams and waterfalls that run through the property to the giant koi fish, a family of ducks, multiple iguanas, and two free roaming peacocks; you can't help but feel you are outside in nature. The pools are spectacular. There is a separate kids pool, a second pool that is quieter with waterfalls cascading off of boulders, to the third pool which is beach-side that plays music but not very loud, which I appreciated. That pool also offers a swim up palapa bar as well as servers who you can order food from. There is also an excellent restaurant right at the edge of the beach which is perfect for dinner and to watch the sunset. The resort is very close to the airport, but we did not hear a single plane the entire time we were there. When you clear customs, you are 5 minutes away from getting your vacation started! I wish I had done better jotting down the names of the staff but there were so many who were super friendly. Actually, they all were. I cannot say enough good things about this resort.

This review is really overdue. We had delicious food at La Ribera. Our favorite waiters were Enrique & Eduardo. They went above and beyond serving us and making sure we got the food we wanted. Leticia made us some wonderful cheese plates too. We will be forever grateful for everything they did for us. We can’t wait to see them again, next January! BTW, the resort is beyond wonderful! We’ve been coming here for over 25 years! Thanks, Robin & John

This resort is like your very own tropical paradise! The service was superb! Our room was spacious and beautiful! We had a nice view of the grounds, pools and the ocean. Our room was serviced everyday and we had a turn down service every night. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had their all inclusive, our regular bar tender at the lobby (Nestor) was wonderful! He makes great cocktails! Our favorite restaurant was the Restaurant Andrea. Food was great and the people were great too! The beach did not have a lot of vendors which allows for a more relaxed beach experience. We would definitely come back!

Wow, what a great vacation! Beautiful resort with the best hospitality! Marcelino was the best server. He accommodated what ever we asked for, very attentive. If we moved our location near the pool he always found us to bring us what we had asked for.

The resort is beautiful, the service is amazing, the food is great, and top-shelf drinks are ready whenever you are. If you want to relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation this is the place! Perfect for a family vacation or a couple's getaway! Marcelino from pool and beach service is one of our favorites, always remembers us and our kids (even when it's just a couple's trip) and ensures we have a great time. Raul at Andrea is always so attentive, and friendly, and also remembers us from previous visits and asked about our kids (not with us for a couples trip). Christian is always high energy at the activities and entertainment, he makes things welcoming and fun.
