Our 2 week stay!

This was our 9th Princess visit, 8th to Grand Bavaro. Had a fantastic time. Special thanks to the PBG staff Eduardo, Orlando, Augustine and Agapito for such specialized attention. Being Gluten free was a bit of a problem, but we worked through it! A fantastic Platinum Beach Bar staff treated us like family! Tony, Perez and Claudio are awesome. Claudio never ceases to amaze us with his personality and attention to his guests on the beach. He was at our beds before we knew we needed more water, or drinks. Such a special employee, whom you should be glad you have there! We hope to come back next year, and see you all again!

Hotel is nice , food is questionable, certainly not 5 star! Staff are rude not overly helpful unless there’s a large tip involved. The so called sports bar has limited sport but if you like anything American then you’re ok. Food in there was awful and pre made so nothing can be adapted to meet any dietary requirements. Pizza restaurant is about the best place. If you want a bed on the beach you’ll need to be down there for 7am!
