Great experience at Hyatt Zilara! The entertainment guys around the pools are the best!! Shout out to Manuel and Bryan! Club experience was great. Enjoyed the club bar and pool extremely! Rooms were very comfortable, clean every day and no complaints. Great view from balcony. My only disappointment was the buffet. Did not enjoy it and didn’t like how you couldn’t serve yourself. But the restaurants were decent!!

We had a very enjoyable time at the Hyatt Zilara. It was joy to have chairs set up each morning and get a warm welcome from Wilin which made our trip a wonderful experience. The beach was beautiful and take boat ride on the Hobie was a joy. Activities Directors Bryon and Manual made it so much fun go participate
