Premium impressive was a great experience and made for such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. First of all the entertainment guy Chocolate is such a great character and creates a great atmosphere around the premium pool with his dancing, aqua aerobics and other fun games like hoop tossing. Also our butler Wilbher was really helpful and made for a smooth holiday by helping us book everything in and making us feel welcome. All the other strengths were the variety of food and all the bars for different crowds. Would recommend Thanks again Chocolate and Wilbher for hosting us so well.

The time spent at impressive premium has been a very memorable time especially with our premium event host chocolate who goes above and beyond to make the environment amazing with all age groups being able to have a blast.

We are currently staying at Impressive Premium Punta Cana and have been here for the past four days — and honestly, it has exceeded every expectation we had. We are quite picky travelers and usually find something to complain about, but this time… we truly can’t fault a single thing. We booked the premium experience, and while it may cost a little extra, it is absolutely worth every single penny. The premium service, facilities, and overall experience are simply outstanding. The drinks are incredible — and that’s coming from someone who rarely drinks alcohol back home because I’m always in the gym! Here, however, the cocktails are just too good to resist. Starting the day at 10am with a piña colada or a mojito has quickly become part of our routine! This has genuinely been the best holiday and resort we have ever experienced. Everything feels so perfect, so beautifully maintained — like a little piece of paradise. The resort itself is stunning, with such a charming and welcoming atmosphere. You can really see how hard every single member of staff works to keep everything running flawlessly. A very special mention goes to our butler, Brigada, who is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make my boyfriend’s 40th birthday unforgettable. After returning from our trip to Saona Island, we walked into a room beautifully decorated with balloons, and even a birthday banner outside our door — such a thoughtful and touching surprise. The food is another highlight — the buffet is incredible, with so much variety and everything absolutely delicious. I’m usually very disciplined with eating and fitness, but here I’ve completely let myself enjoy it all… and I’m sure we’ve already gained a few happy pounds! The pool area is fantastic, always lively with plenty of activities and a great atmosphere. There’s never a dull moment — so much fun and energy all around. Our room is spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. And the bed… honestly, one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. A true super king experience — it’s hard to get out of it in the morning! We are so grateful for this amazing experience. Every detail, every smile, every moment has made this stay unforgettable. We absolutely love it here and without a doubt, we will be coming back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

Great food and we had a blast with the strawberry, chocolate, and spaghetti! If you go, you’ll understand what I mean. We are Peruvians and our food is amazing, so we thought the food here might not be as good—but we were pleasantly surprised. It was really good for a buffet. We were also concerned that the premium option wouldn’t be very different, but it was definitely worth it. The area is much calmer, with nicer spaces, and everything is closer. The entertainment team was the BEST part of the experience. The guys gave it their all the entire day and made everything worth it!

My experience in this hotel is being amaizing, the service from all the workers, restaurants, buffets, swiming pools, bares, animation team specialy, really friendly and helpful, they keep the hotel going with good atmosphere, in especial the guys CHOCOLATE, SUGAR BRAD PITT, really good people, and reality the hull animation team. Definily i'll be back to this hotel and will recomendent to friends in the UK in England
