Just ok

We booked directly through the hotel. We booked the ocean front villa but they first tried to downgrade us to a tropical room with jacuzzi, I said no I paid for ocean front they ended up giving us the apartment ocean front which is an amazing room. We booked premium because of the amenities butler service ect... we did not hear from our butler once.. we booked everything ourselves which is fine but why offer if nothing happens. The beach is beautiful, the food is ok, I am not a picky eater but sometimes it was rough finding something good at the buffet. We did al carte the whole week for dinners and that was meh. I have been all over the Caribbean and even though we made the best of it we would never return. We did however ask the manager of the butler team why we didnt get the butler service and he said he would fix it, never heard from them. Its a very expensive trip to be just ok. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. The best part of our trip was the beach and our room.

Enjoyed our stay!

Spent a week at Impressive Premium side. HUGE shout out to Steven? (unsure of spelling) for his professionalism and help throughout our stay. From showing us our room, checking in on us, making sure we could get back in our room when the key was not working, to making sure my daughter had soda and lime for her upset stomach. These small things make a great vacation! Beach was stunning the entire week. That is what we came for! Foam party at Premium pool was an absolute blast! All around entertainment was great. Service at the premium/non-premium was not great. It seems that there are a selected few that get the service and the rest are left to fend for themselves. Staff need to look around at tables…who needs utensils, who needs water, etc. Food ok in main buffet. Some of it cold. Enjoyed the sandwich maker/panini press at breakfast time. The breakfast on Premium only side ok. Don’t understand why there is no ketchup or peanut butter - you have to go to non premium side for that!! They did have an ice cream machine on Premium only side which was a nice treat. Drinks better on premium side as better alcohol however; if you want the better stuff you often have to remind them or you will get the cheap stuff (happened for my margarita at the premium only beach bar). No issues getting chairs at premium beach unless you wanted the beach type “beds”. Forgot how many beach vendors there are compared to say Cuba or even Mexico. So many of them it can get annoying after awhile. Security is quick to chase a very friendly dog away because it might bite (his words-we were patting him for 10 minutes!) but not willing to chase the same vendor away that was weaving in and out of the beach chairs for the twentieth time that day - makes no sense to me! Booked excursion to Saona Island thru the resort (after giving up trying to find our Costco rep who we travelled with) and turned out fine. Just wish the only drink being served on the boat and island wasn’t warm coke and rum lol! And bathrooms on the island….yikes! Never did end up meeting with the Costco rep (he never showed) and this was the experience with several others who were waiting for him at 2pm each day so we had to find out our pick up times thru guest experience desk at resort. Costco travel - you may want to look into this as you are missing out on excursion booking and just all around good experiences by customer! Butler… suppose to have one. We contacted him when we got there. Not a word back. He did track us down once and never seen him again. All restaurant reservations made online so unfortunately I am not sure why butler is needed. He did say he would do something for our room as it was my daughters 31st birthday but that did not happen. Very disappointed in that. Coffee shop amazing! Chocolate goes above and beyond in entertainment! We ate at Mexican, Grill, Tapas and Olive. It was fine.

Best hotel ever

This was my first time in Punta Cana and it was AMAZING just because of the hotel and their staff, especially chocolate who is part of the animation team. They made every single day SO fun with their activities and they were so kind. Hospitality 10/10. The food was also really good I liked Tapas restaurant and on the grill!! The unlimited drinks were a huge part of the trip tooo! You also MUST attend their foam parties and their Zumba classes, honestly everything is so fun. The water is so clean and so mrefreshing and so is the pool. Help is all around which makes the trip that much more relaxing! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank youuu impressive !!

My unforgettable Punta Cana trip at impressive resort.

I had such an amazing unforgettable time at impressive resort Punta Cana. The staff is very friendly and the animation team are awesome especially chocolate. The room was clean and beautiful. There’s so many fun activities all day and incredible shows and parties at night. There’s so many delicious drinks and food and the restaurants were amazing.
