Clean and nice property, well kept inside and outside of the rooms. The beach and beach areas are clean and gorgeous. MAKE SURE YOU GET A BUTLER. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND A NECESSITY TO GET A RESERVATION. Note: most of the staff you talk to belongs to a 3rd party company that just try to sell you on Timeshares (yeah, misrepresented as check-in staff), or activities. They are everywhere. The overwhelming feeling is that the resort is actively working to save a buck by limiting food and drink service. There is no wait staff outside of the restaurants... Pool bars (well, all bars outside of the lobby) stop serving at 6pm. When they do serve, be ready to wait 20+ minutes to get a drink. When you do get a drink, be ready to drink syrup - no matter what you order it is SWEEEEEET. Pools close at 7pm, because people don't want to relax in a pool on vacation?? If you are hungry or want a snack during the day, make sure you pack them in your suitcase. You do have the option to go to the pizza place by the pool, but they operate much like the bars: you cant spend money if you don't give anything out. For an entire resort they have 3 pizzas sitting out (no joke: 1 cheese, 1 corn, and 1 hot dog), and only start making more once they are gone. Well they do have hot dogs that sit out there collecting flies, so that's an option I guess.

Our first time traveling, it was a very great experience. Hotel stay was patient with my little bit of spanish and some would even asked what language and switch it us for us I loved it. The entertainment fun.The a la Carte that my husband truly wanted to experience was full for the entire stay.

Our guide the butler Ricardo was always at our service! He made us feel welcomed! We had a great time! The restaurants were very good, there was a lot of entertainment! The beach was beautiful and wasn’t full of people!

Loved the resort, perfect size, great options for food and entertainment! Enjoyed staying in premium, lots going on at the pool, would 100% recommend ?? weather was perfect during our stay and staff were friendly. This will be a trip to remember!

Went to this resort September 2nd - 12th 2023. Don’t bother reading any negative reviews, the resort was awesome. The food was good (always options available) Juan at the premium pool bar was amazing! Can’t think about anything to complain about, even if I tried. It was the best resort I’ve been to so far!
