WORST HOTEL IN PUNTA CANA

AWFUL HOTEL, 2 DAYS WITHOUT WATER. 6 NIGTHS STAY, THE AC NEVER WORKED. AT THE END THE ONLY THING THEY OFFERED AS A REWARD IS A LATE CHECKOUT!!! EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM I HAD MY FLIGHT ON THAT DAY. THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO REASSIGN ME TO OTHER ROOM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY TRASH. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTION FOR YOUR STAY AT PUNTA CANA.

Everthing was amazing, except the drinks. Jesus, how it was terrible. Or my expectention was so high because the Resort is outstanding. I strongly recomend. The place is much better than any photos. Almost perfect. Food is a very very good.
