Hotel, itself, is lovely. We booked with TUI. If it wasn’t for Facebook groups I joined, we’d have been incredibly clueless. TUI reps none existant in the hotel. Did we have a great time, yes. Would we go back … absolutely not. Positives - sun, beach (sand is soft and beach is miles long), sea (gorgeous and warm), staff in general around the resort. Buffet restaurant fabulous, and some al a cartes the same Negatives - one pool. Yes, we have access to the other hotels, but they are full of kids. I left mine at home ?? found the pool scene a bit hit and miss. Quite loud and aggressive to a point where I felt uncomfortable several times in the two weeks we were there. For reference, I’m loud myself, love a laugh, love a dance and a drink. But meh … bit grim. Beach is stunning but you get hounded constantly. Not enough info on what you have access to in other hotels. IMO this is a massive bonus, yet told nothing. Bed is a shocker. So uncomfortable. What made our holiday … the beautiful friendly and polite Canadian guests, the amazing people we met on our plane from Manchester, Maria the butler, all the staff in the buffet restaurant, and all the golf cart (train) drivers.

Just returned from luxury ambar and what a holiday, this place is huge with all the other hotels combined. Food was fantastic and the beach is fabulous, the staff were all so polite and couldn't do enough for you. I strongly recommend this hotel for a holiday of a lifetime and fantastic memories. Thank you luxury ambar.
