Location! Staff! Service! Food! Entertainment! All were above average +. Mulassa, Chocolate, Abel, King Kong and all of the Entertainment team are hysterical and super attentive. They dance a lot and are very fun to watch. The ladies on the team could use some more energy or confidence. Something was lacking there. Antonio met us in the lobby when we got there. He took care of us throughout the week and ensured we had special attention paid to us at every turn. At least he made it feel that way even if everyone gets the same treatment ??. Shuttle drivers who came every 5 minutes to take anyone anywhere in the complex were high energy, fun and very safe. Casino is small and seems a bit outdated. I won and enjoyed my time there and of course, staff there were great. Sports bar in the Village was more fun than the bigger one. Service at the one beside the Ambar was slow, seemed bothered sometimes and the wings were just ok. Had a hard time getting ketchup for fries and blue cheese for the wings isn’t a thing…??. The shuttles and the wooden boardwalks from the pool to the beachfront areas are extra touches that didn’t go unnoticed. They seem to be working very hard to be sure they’re thinking of EVERYTHING to make our stay unforgettable. Oh. And the beach! No rocks, very minimal if any seaweed, gorgeous, etc. We don’t do places more than once typically. I’d strongly consider another visit to Luxury Ambar. Restaurant Ratings (IMHO) 1. Limbo! 2. Palmyra 3. Paella at poolside shack Didn’t try the Italian. All have great views. Greek, M.E.A.T. had great service, as is consistent across the resort. Food wasn’t my jam.

kennin absolutely made me feel at home. Loved the entertainment.She will live forever in our hearts. Kennin took care of me all w eek and they all made me want come back! Best pool and evening entertainment in Punta Cana. I will definitely recommend this resort.
