Memories to last a lifetime!

Stayed Jan.7th-Feb.3rd 2023 To start off with, whatever else you've read about this resort, pay no attention...I fully believe a vacation is what you make of it. We had great weather, and the times it did rain, it only lasted about 5 to 10 minutes! Sun was hot..hot..hot! Pools were cool at first but only took a few minutes to adjust to. Beach is beautiful...small, but great for walking. The entertainment crew is second to none....Pokemon, Mini Cooper, Chocolate, and everyone else - you sure do know how to make your guests feel special! For the most part, food was very good - always a great selection, and really liked that each night had a different theme. Hats off to our breakfast server Jose Javier (aka JJ), our dinner server Luis, and to Jhonghelin, our wonderful server at Blue Moon. The drinks- I don't understand what the issue has been with watered-down drinks. We NEVER had any issue with ours, and in fact, ours were some times a little too potent, but hey, no complaints! The party pool bar servers...Melfi, Miguel, et al - you guys rocked it every day, so hats of to you! The server at the lobby bar (didn't get his name) - he is so welcoming and absolutely loved that he sang and serenaded everyone getting a drink! Room - ours was beautiful, ac worked awesome the whole time. Houskeeping staff - very cheerful...Elisabeth was so nice! The only drawback was the bed was too firm. I didn't find out until after that I could've asked for a pillow top, but will know for next time. Overall, the whole resort is beautiful...wonderful layout; loved how all of the a la cartes are in one section and that you don't have to go looking for them! And not sure where all the "misquitoes" were - we had not one single one! One final thought - Privilege is not worth the extra cost - we hot along just fine with out the extra 'perks' (besides not being able to reserve the Japanese restaurant). So, if you're thinking about doing the upgrade, I'd think twice.
WORST Holliday ever

Worst vacation ever, don't go here! Cold lousy food, no available sun beds if you dont book one 6 in the morning. No access to the sunbeds in front of the beach if your not a Privilege member. Personal is like zobies.
