Customer service is lacking. Getting a drink is like pulling someone’s teeth. We waited 15 minutes for beverages and there were 3 people behind the bar. Mini bar gets 2 beers a day stocked. These people surely don’t work for tips. Because my tips surely didn’t motivate their slow butts. My husband and I went for dinner at the Italian place and we were refused service because my husband had on nice shorts and a button down shirt. He was told long pants only. We went back the next night and watched 8 men go in with shorts on. Double standards? They sure cater to their premier customers. Very dark at night time. Casino is a smelly, crappy hole in the wall with 6 machines. What a joke.

Wasted money guaranteed!

I have many complaints! 1) I asked multiple times to change the sheets after checking the beds for stains/germs and found several, and yet, they did not change it. 2) look, I booked basic economy for everything, but I still expected to eat at least something! The buffet is very limited in terms of eating actual food! The restaurants that needed reservations kicked you out in 30 min time, not giving us enough time to eat and enjoy ourselves! The other restaurants took 1.5 hours to freaking eat! They were very slow in seating us, taking our order, and bringing our food. Also, they close all places to eat for 3 hours, so no snacks or food unless u bought Privlegde tickets (more expensive obvi) You were warned! 3) room services were offered 24/7 and yet, they had the audacity to cancel our orders several times and not give us notice, leaving us hungry and not able to eat for hours. On top of that, they tried charging us for breakfast, which stunned me because all they said was, you have 24/7 room service enjoy, no warning whatsoever. It was either pay or starve! 4) the only thing that was memorable was the fact that we were able to swim at the pool and ocean, but we had to bring our own towels bc every time we asked for towels, they conveniently ran out! Idk why they even gave us the towel card if they were gonna make us wait so damn long. 5) look, I get the whole tipping culture. But in my mind, if u get good service, that’s when I tip you. But these people were so slow, I’m not even kidding! Hours at a time we wasted bc they couldn’t do their jobs. I’m a very patient person and I understand circumstances but this was not okay! 6) finally, we give clear instructions to the staff several times to people we make sure speaks English because I understand that most people here don’t speak English and yet, they make us wait or make us go through situations where we clearly stated we cannot do or don’t have!
