The service at sanctuary was top tier. Cristian at destination bar constantly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and kept our glasses full. Carpriccio was outstanding for Italian with great service. Blue Marlin is a beautiful location with great lunch options. Shoutouts to : Cristian, Willys, Levis, Osvaldo, Pedro, and Yordy. No shortage of private places to lounge with a cocktail.

Our stay was incredible. We stayed in the castle and Samuel was excellent. The whole experience was luxury from start to finish. It is unlike any other property we had stayed at. Service was great and everything was always clean. Drinks and food were great too.

Beautiful grounds with great staff and atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the pool staff that kept up a fun lively vibe going without it getting too crazy. The destination bar by the beach had great bartenders who made us some delicious and unique cocktails?

This is the best hotel that I have ever been to. Our butler, Samuel was the best!!! He was very attentive and knowledgeable of the resort and was able to procure anything that we needed. The staff was kind and showed love everywhere we went on the resort. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for great vibes and relaxation.

This trip was one planned for seven days of "Total Relaxation" for Hubby and I. Everyday, the staff exceeded expectations. From being greeted by Alexander upon arrival to everyone we encountered for anything we desired, our needs were met with warmth and always a smile. It’s important that we mention the staff by name because they were just that Special in making our stay memorable and carefree.
