The food and drinks were good in all the restaurants. The activities, lobbies, gym, pools, etc were very good as well.

Some areas of the hotel were “falling apart”, e.g. the ceiling, there were water puddles in some halls of the buildings were the rooms were located. The common areas like lobbies, gym, pools, restaurants, arcade, etc were well maintained.

Staff was unfriendly food was horrible no authentic Mexican food too many raccoons and lizards on the beach too many bugs in the pool water park was dangerous life guards were treating too many kids for cuts and head trauma
