Only regret… not staying longer

I have been traveling to multiple all inclusive resorts for the past 15 years and stopped for a few years after Covid because I felt the quality of the food and drinks were not the same. Hands down Secrets Akumal was the first hotel that every drink and meal was delicious. This hotel is a great size, not to big that you need to wait 10 min for a shuttle to go to the pool, or walking 10 min to get to the pool or restaurant and sweating off your makeup by the time you get there. But still big enough that you don’t feel like you are on top of each other at the pools. It’s a little more pricey but it’s worth it and if you can get the swim out room, they are beautiful!! I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is here and how they go out of their way to make you feel special. Just book the trip!

The staff is INCREDIBLE including but not limited to Billy our concierge and the entertainment team Max, Carla, Daniel, Octavio, Ara, Amanda, and Oskar. The food is EXCELLENT. The shows are ENTERTAINING. This is our Second time here…. It won’t be our last
