The Bahia Principe Grand Coba is a family-friendly All Inclusive resort located in the Bahia hotel complex. The resort is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya and features two large lake-shaped pools, a children's water park, a 36-hole golf course, as well as a beautiful beach location. Amazing 10th visit to fantastic resort

Just came back from our 10th visit at the Grand Bahia Principe Coba. This is my honest review. Obviously if we have been 10 times, it`s because we love this place and this visit was no different. The staff are amazing, the food at the buffet was very good, lots of choices. You really can`t go wrong. For A la cartes, we did 4 (Gourmet, Portofino, Grand Tortuga and Tequilla). The first three were amazing. The only one we didn`t enjoy was Tequilla. It`s a mexican buffet and the food was so-so, lineup for tacos was very long all the time and they didn`t have chicken which are the only ones I like. But this one experience does not change our mind at all, it`s just a preference to not go to this a la carte again. I would go to any of the other three (even twice :)) The entertainment team this year was exceptional. They kept us busy having fun all the time. A shout out goes to Antonio, Eduardo, Damian and Ronaldo...amazing crew for sure. Every morning we had Norma as our our server for breakfast again this year, she is amazing. So pleasant, makes sure you have everything you need and is always smiling and chatting with people. She makes sure you are happy......loved the refilled mimosas every morning :) For dinner Alfredo was our server again this year (for a number of years now). It is so cheerful, attentive and just plain amazing. He moves so fast and ensures you have everything you need before you even know you need it :) I would recommend to anyone that wants amazing service to sit in Norma and Alfredo's sections. We also had great service at reception including a late check out which was much appreciated. We didn`t watch the shows so can`t comment but we do participate in the silent disco again this year which is always so much fun. Again, the entertainment team makes sure you sweat for sure! I recommend anyone looking to have a great time, please don`t read some of the bad reviews. Just go and enjoy! Don`t hesitate to ask me any questions! Thank Coba....see you next year for sure!

I went to this hotel last year around April/May (2023). I went here with family. The beach was located at a different hotel (still in the Bahia Principe complex). Pool was amazing, we went with babies too and there is also a baby area! Food was amazing! When we went my aunt broke her shoulder and we had to go to the doctors in the hacienda and then a few people went to the hospital with her. Nicolas was great and helped a lot. We had VIP so we could eat and swim at the other hotels so my personal favourite for the pool was Akumal. My stay was great and I hope that if you go your stay is great too!
