Customer service was top tier! From check in, to the Vessel Restaurant, to even just walking by employees. Everyone had a smile on their face & were so friendly. Some things we’d change would be the AC in the room. It turns off when you leave the room so when we came back from a hot day, the room was a little uncomfortable temperature wise. We think the rooms could be slightly renovated. It felt a little out dated but we still enjoyed our stay & we had so much fun!

Hands down a beautiful hotel that values the experience of its guests. From check-in to departure, excellent customer service. Beautiful decorated space with walkable pathways right outside the entrance. The food was delicious and the views were breathtaking. I would definitely visit again.
