Food and restaurant service was good. Room was comfortable but overall resort is worn. Outside decks and wood needs a lot of attention. Bar service at pool was good but glasses seemed very old and worn. Sometimes the bartender had to take a spoonful and taste the drink before he served it.

Problems with outlets not working, moved coffee maker to bedroom, no air conditioning in our bedroom for 2 days. For an all inclusive had a hard time finding meals and room service was always, UNAVAILABLE. Bugs in kitchen area. This is the most we ever paid for a suite and received the least amount of services.

I was never put under the correct room block, so I've been over charged, please reach out to me regarding this ASAP. Room service never came when I called. On the last day we discovered mouse droppings on the furniture in our room. Your staff though, they are AMAZING!! Dumpling at the pool, Jay and Nigel at the bars and many more! We were there for a wedding and it's clear the planner was confused and not sure how to plan a wedding.

We have zero complaints about this resort. The experience was amazing from start to finish!! The service was top notch with Neil as our Butler, Yolande as our cleaning gal, Kevin who drug our bags up and down the stairs and gave us a golf ride to our room a few times. The service in all restaurants was incredible and the entertainment, when they had it, was amazing as well. We would go back anytime.

Location: Not ideal for the best sunset views. This resort is located in a bay facing in. You need to go to the resort's beach to get a good sunset view but they end beach access at 5:00pm which is well before the sunset time. Atmosphere: Very chill island vibes. Coming from NYC, it took my wife and me a day or two to get used to the slow vibes but once we got accustomed to it we loved it. Good vibes! Rooms: We booked the room through Chase's The Edit hoping to get a room upgrade for our honeymoon, but they kept telling us that the resort was fully booked and they were unable to upgrade us to another room. There was also a lack of US outlets in the room, so my wife and I were unable to charge any of our electronic devices... There is one set of US outlets in the fitness center that we had to visit to charge our devices. They also don't sell any power adapters at the gift shop. We snagged one from the Marigot Bay Inn gift shop next to the beach. The front desk "offers" adapters for guests to borrow, but the front desk — similar to our room upgrade requests — kept saying that all the adapters were already borrowed and had no spread to give us. Cleanliness: Rooms were fairly clean. Some bugs here and there but that can't be helped since this is an island resort in the middle of nature! Noise level: It gets pretty loud at nights with people talking just outside the rooms or music blasting.
