This hotel was nice but not suitable for a large group. The pool closes too early and all meals took forever. Otherwise, a great trip. St. Lucia owes me nothing as the Bride to Be! Had an issue with the bathroom lights not working for almost 3 days..... I think they didn't believe me and then they realize it was a breaker problem that required extensive work. They should have at least comp me a spa treatment as I had to use the light from my phone to get dress after dark and to use the bathroom.

Selma was our server. At hurricane hole. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was wonderful. The vegetable curry was wonderful and so were the french fries! I had the salad Nas the night before and it was exceptional. Couldn’t be happier. Worth the time, and the money! Big old recommendation.!

All inclusive included mediocre meals and services. The plunge pool is a dirty bathtub outside. Definitely not worth the money.

A beautiful location with wonderful and attentive staff. Food excellent and a nice water sports facility. Hobiecats and kayaks along with windsurfing. A great place to relax after work or on holiday. View from the Hurricane Hole as the sun goes down is unforgettable

Still reeling over our beautiful time at the Zoetry St. Lucia! My husband and I came for our honeymoon and were amazed at the level of service and friendliness across the entire staff. This is the perfect destination if you want a mix of a relaxing vacation with some fun activities. The food is delicious and fresh with plenty of unique options to try! We wanted to shout out a few people for making our stay extra special! Caleb was the ultimate bartender providing us with delicious drinks and great conversation every time we frequented the swim up pool bar! He greeted us every time we walked by the pool area and always put a smile on our faces! Nigel was an excellent bartender who was the life of the party dancing on the sunset cruise! Jay was a fantastic Yoga teacher who was extremely knowledgeable about fitness! At the gym, he helped my husband and I work on our strength training forms. He also hosted a super fun mixology class that helped us hone in on our bartending skills! Darceyl was very informative about the art of body scrub making and was full of good conversation and laughs! Tracey served us a special private dinner in a tree house on the resort. Each course was delicious and fresh! She went above and beyond when she escorted us back to our room with an umbrella after our meal. Housekeeping was top notch and we especially loved the daily newsletter and cookies they delivered to the room in the afternoon. We wanted to shout out the entire concierge team at the library. Specifically, Johann for checking in with us and helping us to book memorable activities! We wish we could have remembered every single person’s name because truly we were in awe by the service. Thank you!
