Husband and I went for our 33 Anniversary and everything was MORE than what we could have imagined! Our Butler was Davidson “David” and he was FABULOUS! Was very attentive, courteous and funny! He kept us up to date with all activities, planned all of our excursions and made sure we had everything, everyday that we needed! Everyone on the property and island were AMAZING! So nice and happy! We will definitely be back! Thanks again to everyone who made our trip memorable! We miss you all !

This was by far an unrivaled vacation to the highest of standards I didn't know existed. It all began when our fabulous butler Kaisha called me the day before arrival. We booked third party, HUGE MISTAKE, BUTTTTT Kaisha swooped in, corrected the issue and called me back and told me as well. I explained to her what we wanted to do and see around St. Lucia, less than an hour later full fledged itinerary sent my email! OUTSTANDING! So, from this point we haven't even boarded our flight and we are brimming with excitement! We arrive to the gorgeous island of St. Lucia and after clearing customs we were immediately able to find the Coconut Bay curbside desk outside the airport. We checked in and within minutes our private transfer to Serenity had arrived. Out of the many reasons to choose this all inclusive luxury property, the 7 minute ride from the airport is a huge plus. We arrive to Serenity, our bags our handled for us and we meet Kaisha in person, in Caribbean style, holding two coconuts with rum options to add! Here's a tip, go for the coconut rum, you won't be disappointed. We were in the smallest of 3 options at Serenity, and I use the word "small" lightly. It was a spacious 1250 sq. ft. (116 sq. meters) with a hammock, private plunge pool, private balcony with a fenced area, king size bed, rain forest glass shower, a large soaking tubs, two closets, and double sinks. Couldn't ask for more but it was only the beginning. I notice a phone on the table and think, "Oh no, someone left their phone!" WRONG. It was a personalized butler phone! When they advertise 24 hour butler service they weren't kidding. Personalized butler during the day, a relief butler at night, and a standby butler if your butler during the day is off. No lapse in service just 100% personalized concierge service at all times. Just for example, my partner was fast asleep, I decided to order a side of French Fries at 2 am, within less than 10 minutes delivered to the butler box while I lounged in my hammock! No kidding! By day 2, Ginel and Solange knew my coffee orders in the morning and Charles and Ray knew my adult bevy orders later at night. Would sit down or say hello, and immediately greeted with my drink of choice. This level of service was reminiscent only to my Viking River expedition, but Serenity was better BECAUSE Viking is not 24 hour service! No 2 am French Fries or late night bites on Viking! A big shout out to Quade, Delon, Toya, Hannah, Kevin, Tessa, Roy and Faye! Throughout our vacation the staff couldn't be more pleasant, accommodating, and FUN! We had the most amazing excursions planned for us by Kaisha! First was a sunset cruise with the "Green Flash" included! Next was a 5 hour couple only tour of the island by a private driver! If I had to choose, this was the highlight of our trip! Dane was phenomenal in all aspects of the word! We toured the caldera volcano, beautiful views of the UNESCO Pitons Management area, the gorgeous Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens, and a surprise visit to the Hotel Chocolat! Dane made our trip special and on island time, never felt rushed! Next was our ATV Island tour with a stop on a volcanic beach and some ruins, great for pics! Serenity had the most amazing restaurant on site, we barely left Serenity regarding food! BUT don't forget Coconut Bay has water slides, a lazy river, pool swim up bars, and fun for everyone just a few steps outside the Serenity oasis. DO NOT SKIP THE WATERSLIDES! So incredible! From fire breathers to limbo dances and karaoke, Serenity never felt boring! Coconut Bay as a whole has so much fun under the sun for all! But Serenity was the crown jewel for my partner and I! From the local we met, to the staff on site, and all the guests my partner and I never felt unwelcomed or second class! Truly a special to visit! Already planning trip number 2 and remember, BOOK DIRECT!!!

I cannot even begin to explain how exceptional our week stay was at Serenity for our honeymoon. Coming home was the hardest after a week of being pampered, eating the most delicious food, having every beverage you can imagine, couples classes, events, spa days , private cabana by the pool and beach, excursions on the beautiful island, and meeting the most wonderful and genuine staff members that made you feel like family. After arriving on the island, we had a driver take us from the airport to the resort which was only a five minute drive. When arriving to the front of serenity we were greeted by our butler Ethan with cold towels and coconut water with rum inside a beautiful fresh coconut. A perfect addition after a long day of travel. Ethan was right away warm and inviting. I felt like I was greeted by an old friend. Our room was not quite ready at that time but we were shown the great house foyer, restaurant, pool, bar and cabanas. We were seated for lunch to wait for our room. For our first meal at the great house we were blown away by the fresh delicious food, drinks and warm service by our waitress Ginel. Who throughout the trip would continue to take care of us and greet us in passing. The service we received right away put my mind at ease and right into honeymoon mode. The food at this restaurant for every single meal was beyond exceptional. They did not miss a beat or detail when it came to what we liked. Every single waitress and staff member kept in mind your preferences and treated you above and beyond what I ever expected. Once our private suite was ready Ethan brought us to our room for a private check in. We received an even further tour of the grounds, our room, were shown our itinerary where we were able to make additional changes and add ons. Ethan was wonderful with giving us all the information we needed and ensuring that we truly never had to lift a finger. You were given a butler cellphone to reach him, a relief butler, housekeeping and room service. They offered laundry services, ironing services, a full bar, our liquor of choice in the room. The room and private outdoor space was clean and beautiful. I was even offered a hot drawn bath when we returned from a full day of touring the island on one of our excursions. Ethan was detail oriented, friendly and warm and just the perfect butler. I always felt comfortable when I had a question to ask and he made our itinerary the perfect mix of relaxation, fun and perfection for our honeymoon. In passing he always made sure we were well and if there was anything at all we needed he took care of it for us. On his day off we were taken care of by Quade and he was just as warm, welcoming and took great care of us on our private beach cabana day. He brought us out to the location by golf cart, brought us towels, drinks, lunch and brought us back after hours of fun on the beautiful beach. Serenity truly does a phenomenal job at making you truly relax and enjoy your time on this beautiful island. Throughout our stay we made so many beautiful relationships with each staff member who were all individually inviting, genuine and exceptional people. They love their jobs, their island and love making you feel like apart of the family. I was greeted in passing by everyone and was treated with love. Everyone remembered your name, what you enjoyed and made it a point to make sure you were well. The attention to detail by every single person meant so much to my husband and I. Housekeeping kept our room exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed and more in our room at all times. They offered mid day and nightly turn down service. Which was a lovely addition. Every night after dinner we came back to a dimly lit room, our bed turned down and ready for a lovely nights rest and a beautiful hand written note. I saved every note we received on the trip that were positive affirmations, well wishes and just a beautiful detail that I looked forward to every day. Special shout outs to Tyler who delivered our breakfast in bed every morning with a lovely hand written note to start our day. Toya who took wonderful care of us at the bar and restaurant. Kevin who kept the drinks flowing and hosted many events that kept us laughing, learning about the culture and having so much fun. Jonathan the coconut guy, who brought us delicious fresh cocktails straight inside a fresh coconut delivered to us personally poolside. His warmth was beautiful. Lee, Charles and Ray who made delicious drinks at the pool bar and we had great conversations with. Ray even cleaned our sunglasses and glasses daily. Which was such a wonderful add on. Sabby who hosted the most fun paint and sip and would continue to take care of us throughout the trip with her warm smile and laughs. Kimberly who hosted a scrub making class where we made our own body scrubs to use and take home. Solange who was not only our waitress but bartender-she made us specialty drinks, made every dinner service special and her warmth and genuine care had us looking out for her everyday. I truly felt like every single staff member became a friend on this trip. We did not want to say goodbye at the end. But we’re left with so many beautiful memories, loving handshakes and hugs as we left. Other than the beauty of the island and resort- The staff made our trip one we will never forget. We will absolutely be back next year to this exceptional resort. If you are thinking about booking and want rest, relaxation, fun and a trip to remember do not think twice as Serenity is the place to be. From the moment we landed in St. Lucia, Serenity at Coconut Bay lived up to its name. We were greeted outside the airport by a friendly Serenity team member who arranged our private transfer—just a quick five-minute ride to the resort. Waiting at the entrance was one of our butlers, Kimberly, with chilled drinks and cool towels. She gave us a brief tour and escorted us straight to our suite, where check-in was completed in-room—no lobby lines, no waiting, just effortless luxury. Our suite was stunning, immaculate, and beautifully decorated for our 30th wedding anniversary, complete with a hot bubble bath sprinkled with flower petals. The entire property—the grounds, the pools, the common areas—was spotless. Housekeeping by Shirley and Christy was exceptional, with our suite refreshed twice daily. They left thoughtful notes with positive affirmations and creative towel decorations every day—such a warm personal touch. We had the privilege of two wonderful butlers, Kimberly and Ethan, who anticipated our needs and handled every detail with grace. Serenity makes it incredibly easy to stay in touch; each couple gets a dedicated cell phone that connects directly to their butler and room service. Whether it was dining, activities, or surprises, they were always a step ahead. We spent a lot of time enjoying our spacious suite, which offered both indoor and outdoor living areas and a private pool. Most mornings, we had breakfast delivered to enjoy outside by the pool. Tyler brought our meals piping hot and perfectly presented, often with a sweet note and a flower, placing everything discreetly in our private food delivery box so we could relax uninterrupted. The food was consistently fresh and delicious—and the baked goods were amazing. In the evenings, we dined at The Greathouse, where the food was excellent night after night. With a wide variety of entrées, we never repeated a meal during our stay. There’s also a bar menu and 24-hour room service, which we loved having as options. The nightly entertainment added to the ambiance while we ate. The Greathouse staff, especially Sabby, Solange, Quade and Ginel, provided warm, attentive service that made each dinner special. We also enjoyed top-notch cocktails and great laughs at the Serenity bar—Toya, Kevin and Ray kept the drinks flowing and the mood light with jokes and smiles. The bar was well stocked and the service personable and fun. We took full advantage of the included romance package, and every experience was thoughtfully curated. A standout was the beach cabana day—Ethan suggested trying the Jerk Treehouse at Coconut Bay, and he personally delivered Jamaican-style dishes right to our cabana. It was a delicious, memorable afternoon by the water. Beyond our anniversary, the team surprised us with a separate celebration for my birthday. They decorated our suite and our beach cabana, left a birthday cake and champagne in the room, drew another bubble bath, and even serenaded me at dinner. The attention to detail and genuine care from the staff made our stay feel truly personal. Overall, this was a trip we will never forget. Serenity at Coconut Bay exceeded every expectation with immaculate accommodations, excellent food, and a staff that clearly takes pride in making each guest’s stay extraordinary. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, intimate, and genuinely warm Caribbean escape. Everyone we met was friendly, thoughtful, and committed to creating unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to return.
