We stayed here and enjoyed the honeymoon package. This was the most enjoyable, relaxing vacation we have ever taken. We knew it would be a wonderful stay when we were welcome with cool towels and fresh coconut drinks! Every detail is taken into consideration. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are incredible. Our butler Quade checked in with us every morning to ensure we felt good about the day and activities, and he restocked things in our room before we even knew they were out! Several times we came back from a big excursion, longer day, etc and he had a bath drawn with fresh flowers. Quade planned the perfect itinerary for our time away. We had enough down time to relax, but also had excursions throughout the stay to see how beautiful the island is! We were so sad to leave but can’t wait to come back for an anniversary! St. Lucia is a gorgeous island with warm, friendly people. Wanted to shoutout the staff: Quade, Lee, Ray, Solange, Jemma, Kevin, and Toya! Pros: -food in main restaurant is DELICIOUS -pool is quiet, very relaxing -staff goes above and beyond, so friendly and make you feel at home! -the in room massage was the best I have EVER had -live music every night at dinner really elevated the experience Cons: -we had to come home!

We had such a great stay at this resort. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and always willing to help. Toya was an amazing waitress. She was always happy to help and had the biggest smile every time we saw her. Jonathan, the “coconut guy” as he calls himself, is honestly one of the things I’m going to miss most. He always made sure I had fresh coconuts and coconut jelly, and he was always so fun to talk to. Ray is such a sweet bartender. Daniel was a great butler and was always there whenever we needed anything. We had Ali for two days and she was amazing. She was always smiling, and her little giggle was contagious. Solange was phenomenal. We did the painting and punch class with her and laughed the entire time. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She also makes a great margarita. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so special. The people here are what made this vacation unforgettable.

My wife and I chose Serenity as our honeymoon destination and we were NOT disappointed! The rooms were just as nice as the pictures online and the rest of the resort kept up. We stayed in the mid level suite and it was everything we could have wanted. The privacy, large space, and in room plunge pool, hammock, and open area was a vacation of its own. Our butler, Nerissa, was very friendly and attentive and handled everything from booking excursions, making dinner reservations, to getting our laundry done. Every staff member was nice and friendly and by the end of the week we were sad to leave the people as well as the place. The food in the great hall was top notch and every single thing we ate there surpassed our expectations. Every day and night they had some sort of entertainment arranged we honestly could have spent the whole week at the resort by the pool, on a chair or cabana, or by the beach. The "Honeymoon Package" also provided a lot of value through excursions, massages, and private cabanas. I would highly recommend Serenity for any couples looking to visit St. Lucia! The ONLY downside was that this resort is located on the Atlantic side of the island so the water at the beach is rougher than the Caribbean and in June/July the seaweed was everywhere. The water was still warm and you could swim but we could not stay in long due to the high amounts of seaweed. The beach is still beautiful and we were able to travel to the other side of the island a couple of time to so swimming and snorkeling. Great experience all around!

I am actually writing this review from my suite on our final night here. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and this was everything I expected and more! We were looking for luxury and relaxation and we got it. The bonus was the people we met along the way. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Such warm and welcoming people that I will never forget: our butler Kimberly was always there to greet us with a smile. Asking if she could do anything else, get us another drink, order lunch for us and making sure we were comfortable. She’s the best! We did a wine tasting where we got to know the sommelier Kevin and he is an absolute TREAT! Really knowledgeable and FUNNY!! Our driver for the island tour, Cornelius.. took time to show us the small details we would otherwise miss during our volcano/mud bath/waterfall/botanical garden tour. We had breakfast and dinner at The Greathouse with our amazing waitresses team. Special shout out to Ginnel (I’m most definitely selling that wrong -_-) and Toya! I can’t say enough about the grounds. Beautiful landscaping, pools were clean and the perfect place to relax. Having a private plunge pool was a great way to start and sometimes end the day. Serenity is luxury and relaxation with the bonus of an amazing team. I am so sad to leave them and this beautiful island !

This is the most amazing place and the definite must go to place in St Lucia! No business can be successful without a great team to make it happen. The staff at Serenity are some of the friendliest & hospitable people I have ever met. Smiles, Hi's Bye's, Pleases, thank-you, how's your visit going- are all things you will constantly hear throughout your visit. There were to many fantastic team members to call out on our visit but Ray behind the Pool Bar (thanks for the awesome Kahlua Coladas), Cornelius our Island Tour Driver and Quade & Sabby our Butlers for the week were a group of people that took a genuine interest in how our vacation was going. The location is one on the beautiful properties I have experienced. Clean, quiet, exceptional well maintained- it is truly beautiful. The landscaping around the property alone is a site to see. The pool area never seemed busy even though they were at capacity the whole time we were there. You never had to look for a lounge chair and the pool and whirlpool were never crowded. The rooms are gorgeous! Plunge pools, Wet Bar, Gazebo, outdoor shower (we used every day!) ...you never want to leave (or have too if you don't want too). We had room service for Breakfast every morning, delivered right on time each day. Dinner at the Great House each night (except the Theme Nights, DON'T MISS THOSE!) was a culinary delight. We tried something different off the appetizer, entree and dessert menu each night and were not disappointed once. We had the "Romance Package" on our trip and the Beach Cabana, Pool Cabana, In-Suite Massage, Pool Cabana 3 course meal, 4-hour Island Tour (Thank you so much Cornelius) and Sunset Cruise were nice added touch to our vacation. One moment stood out for us on this vacation. Our vacation package included a "Beach Picnic" and we inquired about having a "Gazebo Picnic" in our Suite instead. Sabby our back-up butler (and server, and bartender, and room service deliverer SHE IS AWESOME!) let us know that they had never done that before but let us know that she and our regular butler (Quade) would arrange something. It turned out wonderful (see attached picture) and this was the day my wife and I just lounged around our suite, plunge pool and wet bar all day. There are so many great things about Serenity at Coconut Bay, you cannot believe it until you experience it for yourself. 7 mins from the airport, and you are drinking Pina Coladas by the pool, 24 hr. room service, fantastic food and drinks, 5-star resort amenities, exceptionally well-maintained rooms and grounds and a team of employees that truly want you to have a fantastic experience. This is the place to go in St. Lucia if you want to just relax and let the world slip away for a week.
