We absolutely loved our stay at Serenity!! Everything exceeded our expectations - the attentive and friendly staff, amazing food, beautiful rooms and amenities and everything in between. No detail was left out including the little details like coolers full of water, beer, etc at the beach cabanas and for our excursions. Our butler, McCarthy, was so helpful and did a phenomenal job informing us of our options and making sure we got it all booked. Sabby, Hannah, and Kevin were always bright lights to see around the pool area and at dinners! Toya did an outstanding job at BOTH of my massages. You can tell she loves her job and she is so skilled! We loved the live music/show during dinners, themed weekly meals, and all the options to do on AND off the property. We don’t have a single complaint and will definitely be returning back! Thank you to all of the staff for all their hard work and for making us feel so welcome.

Our excursion with Clements around St. Lucia was beyond incredible! From the moment we stepped into his cab, the journey was an adventure. He not only took us to the designated spots but also to hidden gems within his hometown of Soufriere. Private beaches, black sand beaches, and an exclusive lookout of the Pitons Mountains – each stop was more breathtaking than the last. We even pulled over and tried some fresh Tamarind picked from the tree! A nice sweet and sour treat! Clements made us feel like we had the entire island to ourselves. His service is unmatched, and we couldn't recommend him enough. Coconut Bay is lucky to have him as an exclusive guide! And please remember if you receive exceptional service, gratuity goes a very long way!

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon that we spent at Serenity. It was the trip of a lifetime! They made sure every single detail was handled for us so we didn’t have to worry at all. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most amazing experience possible! I would highly recommend Serenity and Coconut Bay to any and everyone!

Serenity is the perfect name. Our outdoor living space with pool was so relaxing. McCarthy was a delight and could not have been more attentive. We enjoyed the beach cabana and spa. Sabby made our dinner even more enjoyable than the delicious food. Every staff member was so warm and friendly. We highly recommend a vacation at Serenity.

A fantastic two week holiday at Serenity! The rooms all have their own private gate which leads to an outdoor area with a plunge pool, sun loungers and outside bar area. It would be great if parasols could be provided. The rooms inside are lovely and spacious and housekeeping standards are excellent. While you are there you have a Butler who is on hand for anything you need. Our Butler was Ethan who does an outstanding job, he checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. All meals are a la carte at ‘The Greathouse’. The team who work there are excellent, a special mention to Hannah, Tyler and Sabby, who are some of the loviest people I’ve ever met, they work hard to make people feel welcome and provide excellent levels of service. The food in the restaurant is excellent, fresh fish, seafood and lots of nice meat. There are also different evening events, BBQ, gala dinners and live music almost every night. There is a lot to do while you’re there, we did rum tasting, wine tasting with Kevin and sushi making with Lucy who is one of the chefs, all really fun and enjoyable! We also did some trips to Soufrière, volcanos, mud pools and waterfalls. A we did the rainforest zip lines and travelled there in buggies, so much fun! If you’re looking for a holiday with a bit of luxury then I’d recommend this hotel, I would not hesitate to book again!
