Luxurious, relaxing, and extra pampered

Ew_bu_2010 on Mar 07, 2026

This was our first luxury resort all-inclusive with a butler and boy, did we feel pampered! We were greeted with coconut cocktails and a beautiful suite. We loved the extra surprises of bubble baths, a turn down service, in suite snacks, elite recommendations and the friendliest staff. The beach cabana, pool cabana, and massages were amazing. Everyone was always so happy to help us and really went above and beyond to make the stay as fun and relaxing as possible. All of the staff were amazing. We want to give special shoutouts to our butler Neri for making our schedule seamless, Toya for the perfect cocktails, Selonge for the fun party attitude, Daniel for the elite hustle at our poolside dinner, Ray for keeping our sunnies shiny, Lee for having our coffee order memorized and ready in a jiffy every day, Kevin with the rum knowledge and party vibes, Charles for keeping the cocktails coming, and of course JONATHAN THE COCONUT GUY for the best drink on the island! We had a wonderful trip!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

Sue M on Mar 05, 2026

My husband and I spent two weeks at Serenity at Coconut Bay and the resort was exactly what we were looking for to relax and do nothing. Serenity is a small resort with 36 rooms, each with outdoor space and a private plunge pool. We had a grande plunge pool suite that had an outdoor gazebo, several sitting areas, a bar with a stocked mini refrigerator and of course the amazing pool. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the beautiful weather. The room was spacious with a king bed, seating area, lots of storage space, large shower and soaking tub. The food at Serenity was amazing. Shout out to the chefs for feeding us delicious meals! From breakfast through to dinner everything was freshly prepared and hot. Besides the menus there were daily specials to choose from. I liked that at every dinner there was a sangria of the day. Always tasty. You can choose to eat outside or inside for your meals which is a nice option. We ate all our meals at the Greathouse and did not eat at Coconut Bay, the sister resort. The standout for this resort is the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating and work very hard to make your stay memorable. Our butler Ali took care of anything we needed and Shirley our housekeeper kept our room clean and left us with fun towel animals and daily inspirational quotes. The staff at the Greathouse were incredible. Shout out to Ginele, Jakim, Sabby, Natasha and Solange just to name a few. The one small issue we had was the noise coming from the quarry that is behind the resort. Sometimes the drilling noise was annoying when it went on for more prolonged periods. I think hearing this depends on the location of your room and which way the wind is blowing. We loved our stay at Serenity and that it was only a 5 minute ride from the airport. We would definitely go back again for another restful holiday.

It's Not if You Will Return but How Soon Can We Come Back?

Curious38242912272 (Ontario, Canada) on Mar 05, 2026

We just completed a week long stay at Serenity, our third visit over the past 5 years. Our experience with the resort just keeps getting better and better. The entire resort staff treat you like family, and by the time your trip is over, you are sad to leave! The level of care is exceptional - across all aspects of the resort (grounds, room, food, drink, entertainment, customer service). One thing we love about Serenity is that you can have as busy or relaxing a day as you want - there's always lots going on if you want to participate, but also you can just chill out in your cabana or poolside for the whole day! The Butlers are at a level of service second to none! This trip we had the pleasure of being matched with Ali, but also loved to see our two previous Butlers, McCarthy and Kert throughout the week! We applaud the resort for maintaining such high standards across the entire resort, and are already planning our return as Serenity has become a winter escape for us that pampers us, relaxes us, and just feels like home from the minute we arrive!

Where Peace Meets Paradise

Krystl H (Mableton, Georgia) on Mar 04, 2026

I don't even know where to begin! This was one of the most memorable trips my husband and I have ever taken. From day one, we were greeted by name. Nella, Ginel, and anyone who crossed our paths always had a smile on their face. Kevin kept us entertained from arrival to departure, and our butler Kimberly made every detail feel personal and thoughtful. Shirley, our amazing housekeeper, left us daily affirmations and the most creative towel designs. Jonathan, the Coconut Man, kept us hydrated with fresh coconut water, and Ray even cleaned our lenses while we relaxed by the pool. The food, entertainment, and overall service were exceptional. This resort isn’t just 5 stars—it’s truly special. We’re sad to leave but already planning our return to paradise.

Closest luxury to the airport, zero noise, and the best all-inclusive we’ve ever had

42anastasiam (London, United Kingdom) on Mar 03, 2026

We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for two nights to celebrate my birthday, and I’m honestly still not over it. This was not only the best hotel of our trip, it may be the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Serenity is the couples-only, ultra-luxury enclave within Coconut Bay. It feels like a separate, private mini-resort with a small number of villas, a calm romantic atmosphere, and 24/7 butler service. ? If your dream is to stay in “your own world” as a couple, this is exactly that. You can spend the entire stay in your villa and still feel like you’re getting the full experience. Our villa was immaculate and felt genuinely new and high-end. Private plunge pool, beautiful indoor bathtub, perfect setup for doing absolutely nothing in the best way possible. There’s also a floating lounger in the pool, which became our favourite spot: floating with a cocktail and thinking, “Yes, this is the correct way to be a human.” We did all-inclusive, and it’s on a completely different level from what most hotels call all-inclusive. The cocktail list is huge (the biggest we’ve ever seen), and everything feels generous and premium rather than limited. Dining is à la carte and genuinely outstanding. Lobster starters, scallops, beautifully executed mains. It never felt like “resort food.” ? Service is the real magic here. Our butler Ali was incredible. You get a dedicated phone, you message once, and she makes it happen. Drinks, food at any time, spa treatment, transport, timing, everything. It felt effortless, and also warm and personal, not robotic. The overall attitude from the team is basically: your only task is to relax, and they actually deliver on that. A highlight was the complimentary beach cabana day. We were taken there by golf cart, everything was organised, and we could keep ordering food and cocktails without lifting a finger. It felt properly VIP and easy. ? They also made my birthday feel genuinely special. The room was beautifully decorated, the bath was prepared, dinner was set up with birthday details, cake, the whole thing. It was thoughtful and clearly planned, not generic. Evenings had fun themed touches by the pool too (we caught karaoke one night and a fire show another), but the overall vibe stays classy and couples-focused. One more thing that’s a massive plus: it’s extremely close to the airport (UVF). The transfer is so short you could practically walk it if you were feeling rebellious, and despite being nearby, plane noise was not an issue at all. If anyone worries about that, don’t. ? Our only regret is staying just two nights. We left already planning to return for a longer stay, this place is made for honeymoons and anniversaries, and I’d happily come back for mine every year
