Facilities, staff, and service were outstanding. Retreat-like experience. Very clean. The food was fantastic and a lot of locally sourced veggies and fish on the menu. Big shout out to bartenders Charles, Ray, Kevin and Jonathan (‘coconut man’)—bartenders that quickly remembered guest names and favorite drinks. Quade was our butler and tended to whatever we requested. All of the butlers were topnotch. Gabby, Tyler, Natya, and Joela were exceptional waitresses. Last but not least, Rosie and Patrice did an outstanding job of keeping our room emasculate whilst adding thoughtful detail like the towel animals and reflective phrases. Tips: Outings: ATV tour, chocolat factory, snorkeling, sunset cruises were favorites. ‘Island Tour’ included volcano, sulfur springs, gardens etc was outstanding. Horseback riding and deep sea fishing not so much. Every friday night, there is an island-wide party that if you can muster in your plans, will be quite memorable and fun.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Serenity and it could not have been better! Ethan (our butler), Shirley/Rosey (cleaning ladies), and all of the staff at the great house restaurant (too many to name) and pool bar were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Serenity offered 3 nights of live music in the week we spent here as well as fire dancers, a steel drum class, a catamaran/snorkeling day, and much more. Ethan booked all our excursions and taxis for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything except relaxing and enjoying our time. All of the facilities were clean and the privacy of the plunge pool was very peaceful. The staff in the resort were genuinely some of the kindest we’ve ever encountered at a hotel/resort. Being 5 mins from the airport is a huge perk too!

My husband and I had our honeymoon at Serenity at Coconut Bay. The trip was amazing from the moment we arrived to our departure. McCarthy was the best butler. He was so helpful and kind. He set up all of excursions and reservations. All of the staff were so welcoming and fun. The drinks are amazing, the excursion are thrilling, and the food is absolutely delicious. Kevin was definitely the life of the party. We enjoyed the wine tasing and sushi making class that the resort had offered. There is so much to do and you will not want to leave. Our private plunge villa was the perfect getaway to relax. We will be visiting Serenity at Coconut Bay again!

We went to Serenity in late August 2024 to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time. It was immediately obvious why there are so many glowing reviews for this resort. On arrival at the resort we were met by our butler, McCarthy, who took care of us and our requests promptly and professionally throughout the week. All the staff were great and too numerous to mention them all but I have to give a shout out to Kevin and particularly his wine tasting session. The resort was quality top to bottom, room, service, food and drinks. We walked the short distance to Coconut Bay resort(family) to walk Paradise Beach daily and often went in the lazy river at Coconut Bay to cool off on our way back. We would recommend without hesitation and love to return.

Our honeymoon at Serenity was absolutely perfect. Our butler Ali was EXCEPTIONAL. She contacted us prior to our arrival and created our itinerary for the week - which helped after the busyness of wedding planning, we didn’t have to think about a single thing! She is extremely kind and thoughtful. The food at serenity was beyond delicious! All of the staff were so kind and amazing. Nothing but smiles!!! From the beach cabanas, to the pool, dining, and the suites, everything was so clean - practically spotless. We wouldn’t trade our experience and time at Serenity for anything! It was the perfect place to honeymoon and start our marriage.
