We had the most amazing time for our Honeymoon at Serenity! We could not believe how everything was exactly as advertised online and how kind, helpful, and FUN everyone was!
The units are SO BEAUTIFUL. We had one of the smallest units, but it was still HUGE, so much space on the inside, and then a huge private patio w/ pool & wet bar. You truly could not need anything more.
The Great House restaurant, which is on-property & a quick walk from your unit, is AMAZING. The food is out of this world - mahi mahi, shrimp, green fig & saltfish salad (don't sleep on this!!), shrimp cake benedict, excellent fresh fruit, a wonderful wine selection (the Bordeaux is SO GOOD), there is just no way to be disappointed in what they serve you. They also have some theme nights and other entertainment throughout the week (sushi night, live jazz, rum tasting, etc.) - all in all, we looked forward to every single meal :)
The staff at this resort was out-of-this-world - a couple of people we must mention:
-Our wonderful butler, Quade - we arrived at the resort and he gave us a full tour of the property and had ALREADY made a whole itinerary for our trip, he gave us a cell phone that we used to call him WHENEVER we needed assistance...he was there when we needed him and behind the scenes when we didn't need him. It was awesome.
-The pool bar/restaurant staff, Delon, Niege, Lez, etc. - these folks made the MOST AMAZING cocktails, ALWAYS ask for their own "special" - you will not be disappointed. They are also all so kind, easy to talk to, etc. They all also work in the Great House Restaurant too, so you really get to know them and they remember you throughout your trip, which is so nice.
-Our "couples escapade" driver, Amery - I don't think he technically works for the resort, but they contract out with a car service for anything off-property. He was so much fun to spend the morning with, and was more than happy to share with us all about Saint Lucia culture.
We could not have asked for anything more in a honeymoon. This was an amazing experience, and we truly hope to go back one day!

Great time at Serenity Coconut Bay. All staff is amazing.. Great house was wow all week plenty of options to select all week. Bar drinks were wonderful, must try Delon special, Serenity Rum punch , Long Beach Tea and Dirty Bananas all day. Charles drinks and singing at piano night was good time. Thanks to butler Ethan for delivering lunches and anything we needed. Special thanks to daily cleaning crew , Tracey turn down service was top notch. Plunge pool suite was private and perfect. As for the coconut bay side , it is worth the walk over to get jerk tree house food and to the paradise beach bar and cheeseburger hut. Otherwise too much seeweed on beach to enjoy it there. Tip: if looking for that light blue calm caribean water / beach , this is not the spot for you. This is on the Atlantic side head to caribean side for that. Also on tips be sure to bring 1s and 5s because as soon as you get off the plane there is company there that members grab your bags from you to bring them 20 feet to your transportation , then ask you for something for the service they forced on you, was kind of awkward. It is windy but welcomed and it does rain everyday for short times and then sun is back out asap. Lather up and Enjoy.
Honeymoon to remember

My husband and I went for our honeymoon from May 21st-May 28th. We stayed in a Plunge Pool Butler Suite. It was heaven from the moment we stepped foot onto the resort. We landed before our room was ready and welcomed with drinks and then seated at the Greathouse for lunch. From the staff to the food everything was amazing. The room was beautiful, our butler Quade was amazing! The hospitality was top notch from start to finish. Quade also planned out our excursions so well and was super accommodating. If we had a question he would answer it. The bar staff, house keeping staff, and the staff at the Greathouse was amazing. They learn your order so quickly and becomes so personal it's great! From arrival to departure, our honeymoon was everything we could have imagined. Saint Lucia is also a beautiful island with amazing people. I highly recommend. Hoping to make it back someday!

There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel or the staff. From arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble and we were truly spoilt.
We arrived on Friday 3rd June and after a brief tour were shown to our suite by our butler Quade. Check-in was quick and straightforward and we were shown the facilities our suite had to offer. As we were staying for two weeks, Quade had already booked all the extras that were included in the grand romance package so that we didn't even have to think. Everything was scheduled for the first week, with Quade explaining he had done this so that we could either just relax the second week or book other experiences. Top marks for forward planning.
Shortly after, with a quick change of clothing, we were sat around the pool for the Friday rum tasting and evening entertainment, a great way to start our holiday.
The next day after an early morning walk around the neighbouring Coconut Bay site we breakfasted in The Greathouse. It was here were we ate the majority of our meals. The staff were brilliant, always friendly, always polite and wanting to make sure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble and all were interested in us and our plans for the day. What really impressed me was that after only 2/3 days staff were calling us by our christian names as we walked up to the restaurant, yet I don't recall ever telling them what they were. Service indeed. The food was exquisite, always tasty and well presented. Plus if you wanted something a little different to what was on the menu, all you had to do was ask. Even then, the staff would also make suggestions for something to accompany your meal that you had not thought of.
The staff at the pool bar were always friendly and had no problem mixing up the many cocktails that were listed and soon produced drinks that were not on the menu that were local to us. Namely a Godfather, Jack Daniels, Amaretto and Coke.
At this point I would just like to thank following staff either for waiting on us in The Greathouse or serving at the pool bar :- Natoya, Hannah, Tyler, Ray, Neige, Lee, Jakim, Ginel, Lez and of course Charles for still being there at 1am with those crazy Brits who decided to go for a midnight swim. All of the above were outstanding and helped make our honeymoon an experience we will never forget. Everybody worked with a smile on their face and took their time to make us feel very special. A round of applause to you all.
As part of the grand romance package we had an in-suite couples massage, and I have to say that we enjoyed this so much that we booked another one for our second week. Our masseurs, Gabina and Jeanie were fantastic. I didn't realise how many knots I had in my shoulders until Gabina got to work on them. Needless to say that after the first massage, which was late in the afternoon, my wife and I were so relaxed that we simply ordered room service and stayed in our suite for the evening.
I would also like to thank Kurt our stand in butler when it was Quade's day off, everything was just seamless. Plus a thank you to Narissa who waited on us when we had our romantic pool cabana dinner. My wife had got a little sunburnt that day and without asking Narissa brought her some cold flannels and some cooling gel. Service above and beyond expectations. She also does a wicked British accent.
It would be remiss of me to not mention our maid Patrice. She was brilliant, our suite was always spotless, with what seemed to be a never ending supply of towels, and also a never ending repertoire of towel art, which always brought a smile to our faces. In fact it got to the point that we looked forward to returning to our suite to see what she had conjured up next. Our best wishes to her and hope that her pregnancy goes smoothly and she is blessed with a healthy baby.
The hotel is brilliant, very clean and totally geared up for couples to either just relax in your own suite with plunge pool, or laze around the main pool and take part in any activity that may be happening. Whilst you have full access to the Coconut Bay Resort next door, we spent very little time there. We did eat in the Silk restaurant one evening, and whilst the food was good, we much preferred the tranquility of The Greathouse.
I could go on an on about the idyllic spot that has been created at Serenity, but would simply say visit it yourself. If you are planning a honeymoon or special anniversary you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better to celebrate.
Until the next time

Can not beat the hospitality! Our trip was was planned perfectly by our butler Quade, and they accommodated everything we asked. The food was amazing, you will go home 10lbs heavier no doubt. See Delon at the pool bar for his special. Best drink on the menu.
