We had the most incredible stay at Serenity! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Our private airport transfer took only about five minutes, and we were welcomed by our amazing butler, Ethan, with fresh coconut drinks before showing us to our beautiful Grand Plunge Pool Suite. The food was absolutely incredible. We did not have one bad meal! The lamb chops, curry chicken, catch of the day, and soups were some of our favorites. Everything was fresh, made to order, and clearly prepared with love. The staff were also so accommodating when we had special requests that weren’t even on the menu. There was never a dull moment during our stay. We enjoyed the rum tasting with Toya, wine tasting with Kevin, sushi-making with Chef Lucy, the green fig and saltfish cooking demonstration, and the rum punch class with Solange. Every evening brought something different, from live music and dancing to karaoke and fire dancers. We also loved our private island tour, where we explored the botanical gardens, waterfalls, Pitons, and volcano while learning so much about St. Lucia’s history and culture. Our sunset catamaran cruise was another highlight, with the most beautiful sunset and drinks But honestly, the people are what make Serenity so special. A huge thank you to Ethan, Kevin, Solange, Lee, Charles, Toya, Tessa, Ray, Jomiah, Jonathan the Coconut Man, and everyone else who made our stay so memorable. Your warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. We had an absolutely amazing time and cannot wait to come back to Serenity at Coconut Bay! ??????

It makes complete sense why Serenity has countless 5 star reviews and is consistently a top-rated resort in St. Lucia! After hours of researching and comparing various resorts in St. Lucia, my husband and I settled on Serenity primarily because of the proximity to the airport (as many people online were not fans of the 1-2 hour trek to the northern side of the island). From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the quality of the service!!! Our butler Ali (the sweetest human with a contagious smile and laugh) greeted us at our car with coconuts and a cold towel and immediately showed us to our suite that was decorated for our Honeymoon. She already had our week planned out based on the Grand Romance Package activities that were included with our stay. She got our first room service order expedited since we had been traveling for almost 10 hours without a true meal. That first snack and then our first dinner at The Greathouse exceeded our expectations. There are so many options, and every single thing we ate all week was delicious! I'm ashamed to admit the number of veggie spring rolls I had throughout our 7-night stay. We did try Silk and Seasons at Coconut Bay, which were both good, but nothing else compared to the food, service, and atmosphere at The Greathouse. The kitchen staff is also attentive to any dietary needs you have. They took the extra step to always verify that my items were dairy-free. If there was a side dish or prefix menu item that contained dairy, the chefs made me something completely new and different so that I didn't go without! We had so much fun relaxing on the pool deck and sitting at the bar each afternoon and night. Special shoutout to Kevin, Ray, Charles, and Delon who always made sure we were taken care of - especially with the refills of Piton beer! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff is truly unmatched, and it is so special that you get to know them personally throughout your stay there. Every night there is something fun happening on the pool deck - live music, dinner service, karaoke, fire dancers, rum tasting, and more. Toya did such a great job leading our rum tasting, and we will be making her special cocktail at home from now on. Partaking in these activities helped us form friendships with the other guests and make lifelong memories. I also have to thank Solange who went out of her way to put in a special request for my husband to get fresh snapper on Caribbean night. We were never expecting this to be a possibility, but she made it happen as part of of the 5-star experience that you are guaranteed at Serenity! I could go on and on about how absolutely wonderful this resort is. You should book the items from the Grand Romance Package - island excursion, cabanas, massages, and the sunset cruise. If you are looking to relax, unwind, and soak up the sun, you must go to Serenity! After planning a wedding and making so many decisions, I was ready to lay by the pool, have a margarita, and not have to think about anything. Serenity absolutely delivered on that!!! We cannot wait to go back!

We had an absolutely fabulous honeymoon during our stay at Serenity at Coconut Bay!!! The staff were so kind and attentive. Kevin, Keisha, Toya, Giselle, and more were just some of the people that made our stay so special!!! The food was to die for… we only ate one meal at the other side of the resort because each dish we had was incredible. We also did the butler suite and our man Daniel was amazing. He would make any reservations needed and always checked in on us. He set us up with an amazing stay and we are so greatful! We had the best time and highly recommend!!!

Super close to airport (but never an issue in regards to noise), just a good fast trip to the resort. The serenity side was amazing. Anniversary trip for us, it was low key, relaxing, not a care in the world. Great pool, great plunge pool in room, privacy, fun, great bartenders and the food was excellent as well. Stayed 5 days, never bothered going off site, there was plenty of variety at the serenity restaurant, and a wonderful experience
