McCarthy, our main butler is FANTASTIC! He anticipated all of our needs. The relief butlers Ethan, Kurt, and Davidson were also great. The bartenders Kevin, Ray, Charles, Lee, Toya, and Solange served delicious drinks and were awesome!! Jonathon the coconut man was always smiling and fun to be around. I had serval very good messages from Chrystal during our 2 week stay. Serenity sends a personal car to the airport for their guests. Check-in was smooth and our room stocked with our requested drinks. The food is THE BEST food I’ve eaten at an all inclusive restaurant. We enjoyed a wide variety of meals. Sadie was fun at the Great House and led several other staff in singing to other guests. Charles sang the loudest!??Check out the soups you will not be disappointed!!! Chris Chin, the manager, talks to the guests to make sure everyone finds their Serenity!! On checkout day once you e packed your bag the butler will hold your bags until you’re ready to leave. A room with a shower is provided so you can enjoy all the amenities until the last possible minute. We already have next years 2 weeks booked. It is one of the highlights of our year.

By far the best trip we’ve ever been on! We came for our honeymoon and it was an absolute dream every second of every day. Neri was our phenomenal butler. She greeted us with coconuts and cool towels upon arrival. She scheduled our entire itinerary for the trip and made sure we had every single thing we could ever want. Ray and Charles constantly made the best drinks, made sure everything was perfect at the pool and kept us laughing. Sabby helped us craft masterpieces at the paint and punch and had us laughing like crazy. Our girl Solange made the best “bald guy” smoothies for my husband every morning crafting him something different everyday, learned our orders and made sure we had everything we needed. She made us smile and always joked around with us. We got to know Tyler throughout our trip and she always came to check in on us, give us hugs and she even braided my hair on her lunch. Ginel, Nella and Lee made our dinners so very fun and special. We love them all. Everyone here goes above and beyond for your every wish and need. They are so friendly and happy. This place is truly “serenity”. We never want to leave!

Came back to our favorite place for our babymoon! We LOVE Serenity, we truly feel like family the moment we get there. 5 mins from the airport is so great, you basically step out of the airport, blink, and you're at the resort. Ali and Kevin remembered us from 2023, what a treat to see them! This time we had an amazing low key trip spending a lot of time in our villa, but we have to give shout outs to our butler, Daniel. He was fantastic! Made sure I got my daily fresh coconut, very attentive, friendly, and overall made our experience great! Set up a beautiful beach cabana for us, which we loved hanging at. Thank you to chef, who was able to provide the best gluten free meals throughout the day. She was a gem! Went out of her way to make us desserts, pancakes, and crab cakes GF! Sabby and Nella, are great, they made us feel like family every night and were amazing at accommodating us, making sure all our meals were safe (even on their day off). Thanks to Lee, for making my basil mocktail any chance he could, I was living off those! Everyone at Serenity is so lovely and we always enjoy our experience there!

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff is incredible. So kind and knowledgable, but truly just great people. I wish I could list everyone we met, but for the sake of space I’ll just give a special shoutout to our incredible butler Davidson, the housekeeping and turndown teams, Ray at the bar, Kevin the MC, Solange at the Greathouse, Tyler with the breakfast delivery, and Jonathon the coconut man! If you run into him and he offers to bring you a coconut drink, just say yes. The suite is cozy and private with plenty of space in and outside. Very comfortable bed and easy to control the temperature of the room. The variety in excursions was wonderful and was a great way to see more of the island and its people. Having access to the “main” part of Coconut Bay was wonderful, with the additional pools, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend booking direct! We stayed for a week which gave us the Grand Romance package - it included so many things that our resort neighbors had to add on their own since they booked through a third party. The ONLY “negative” experience we had was the tree frogs at night as my husband can sometimes be a light sleeper. The frogs can occasionally be a bit chatty if they decide to park outside your unit. But they’re also just a Caribbean staple, so you’ll find them really anywhere in this part of the world.

We recently returned from our 9 night stay at Serenity for our honeymoon and it was truly incredible. Resort facilities: the pool, pool bar and restaurant are beautiful. The food is absolutely delicious and we ended up eating at Serenity every night. The resort grounds are maintained meticulously and everyone takes great pride in the maintenance of the property. Special shout out to Jonathan, who you will see taking care of the grounds but also makes a fantastic Jonathan Special coconut beverage. Room: we stayed in a Premium Plunge Pool suite and it was beautiful, the enclosed courtyard area is such a great addition to your experience. Our room was kept incredibly clean by Tracy and team. Neri, our butler, also made sure our snack area was kept full and our beverages were replenished daily, she would also make draw baths for us when we were out on adventures to ensure we had total relaxation as soon as we got back. Staff: the staff at the resort take the experience from great to exceptional. Every staff member you pass says hello and every single person is willing to help if you need anything, we did not have one bad interaction with any staff member. There are a few staff members who went above and beyond for our stay but this list is far from exhaustive: (1) Neri (our butler) planned the perfect itinerary for us and made sure we never went a minute without anything we needed to fully relax, (2) Charles (bartender) puts on the entertainment while making you the best drink you could imagine on top of being a great guy to talk to, and (3) Solange (bartender/restaurant) made sure you were always having a good time and comes in every single day with a fantastic attitude, everyone needs a Solange in their life. The other staff members who deserve a special shout out are: Toya, Ginel, Ali, Kevin, Delon, Ray and Gemma. They each contributed to our stay in a different way but every single one of them made our honeymoon one we will never forget. Coconut Bay: we did venture to Coconut Bay on a couple of occasions but never ate any of our meals or really used the facilities there. When you return to Serenity, you forget that Coconut Bay is there. They really are two very separate resorts and experiences. Choosing Serenity was absolutely the best choice we could have made and we are hoping to be back soon!
