My wife and I spent a week at Serenity at Coconut Bay in mid-May, staying in a Grand Plunge Pool Butler Suite, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, our butler, Quade, made the experience exceptional. He reached out before our arrival, ensured our suite was set up exactly as requested, and handled every detail throughout our stay—from dinner reservations and excursions to special requests. (Pro tip: ask for an ice-filled cooler for Prosecco in your room!) A special mention also goes to the room service team. The service was consistently fast, reliable, and the food quality was excellent. One of the pleasant surprises was discovering that, in our experience, you could order any items from the Greathouse menu throughout the day or night, making it easy to enjoy some of our favorite dishes without leaving the suite (try the Shrimp Mac and Cheese!!). And whatever you do, don't miss the smoothie menu at the Greathouse—they were outstanding and quickly became part of our daily routine. Although Serenity guests have access to all of the restaurants at Coconut Bay, we never felt the need to venture elsewhere. The Greathouse offered more than enough variety to keep every meal interesting throughout our stay. The menu was complemented by daily specials that kept things fresh, and we always found something new to try. The themed dinners and special events around the pool added another level of fun and engagement, creating memorable evenings and opportunities to connect with other guests. We also took advantage of several off-property excursions during our stay. The highlight was an incredible private island tour with Richie. He took us to the mud baths, a beautiful waterfall, and a fantastic beach while sharing his extensive knowledge of St. Lucia along the way. We especially enjoyed learning about the island's many fruit trees and local culture. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a knowledgeable local who genuinely loves his island. While the accommodations, food, and amenities were all outstanding, what truly sets Serenity apart is its people. Every employee we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Ray, Kevin, and Charles at the bar for taking such great care of us throughout the week. Ray was especially memorable—he always had a smile on his face and regularly walked around the pool making sure everyone's drinks were topped off and that guests had everything they needed. We also want to recognize Solange, who brought so much energy and joy to our dining experiences, including leading the birthday celebrations and songs at dinner. Her enthusiasm was contagious and made special moments even more memorable. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Christy and Patrice, who cared for our suite throughout our stay. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they also left thoughtful personal notes each day that meant a great deal to us. Those small touches made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Luxury resorts can offer beautiful rooms and amenities, but it's the people who create unforgettable experiences. The team at Serenity did exactly that. We left with incredible memories, new friends, and a strong desire to return. If you're considering Serenity at Coconut Bay, don't hesitate—you won't be disappointed.

Location is great. Right next to the airport so a quick turnaround to relaxing. Staff was excellent!! Helpful and fun, they kept the atmosphere enjoyable and playful. The main reason we’ll be coming back. Rooms were clean and with the plunge pool and butler, you could have a great vacation without leaving it once. Value is top notch. Price was what you’d expect. It was our first time at an all inclusive and I don’t know how I can vacation again without it. No dealing with outside noise. We will definitely be back. The food was outstanding and bar service was exceptional.

Let me take you on a trip to Serenity, it's worth it's weight in gold with all the amenities. It has cabanas, tasty bananas, and athenic rums for all who come. Come here for your plunge pool waterfall, it's refreshing beautiful and a joy for all. Make sure you have the catch of the day, you can enjoy Mia Mia, snapper, king fish, sword fish all in the month of May. Our two Pitons are Sabby and Kimberly. Make sure you meet Sabby, she is sparkling like a diamond and oh so smart and savy. Kimberly is our gem and #1 butler, she brought us anniversary cake and awesome supper. Kimberly was wonderful she was great, she is a part of the reason we are coming for another stay. You all will be truly missed, never fear we will see you next Christmas.

Worth the value 100% but some notes on improvements. Food at the Great House amazing with tons of day and night-time events like karaoke, fire dancers, live music, rum tasting, paint and sip, sushi making. Also our butler was awesome planning our whole itinerary from the Couples Escapade to the Sunset tour. It really felt like we could turn off our brains and just unwind. All of the staff are so accommodating as well!! Tips: - Visit the petting zoo especially if you are an animal lover. We said hi to all the puppies and goats and glad to hear they are well taken care of by the property - Book the Snorkeling event, they take you to Sugar Beach right in between the Pitons, you don’t get ad close with the Sunset Cruise - On the Sunset Cruise, there is seating at the back where you can rest your back, bring a towel since your tailbone will get sore from the sitting. Plus the catamaran for the Snorkeling is the same as the Sunset Cruise. - At night and sometimes during the day, you’ll find the donkey trio just hanging out around the tennis courts, they are so calm and chill - If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs because at night you will hear the constant chirping of tree frogs Improvements: - It’d be great if we could stream to the room tv or use the netflix/prime video apps on the tv - We should be able to order breakfast room service in advance via text or call. To request breakfast room service, you need to manually fill out a form the day before and have staff pick it up before 9PM. If you run out of forms as we have either, then you need to request hard copies of more forms to do this process.

We had the most incredible honeymoon here! Everything at this resort is done so impeccably and thoughtfully. The staff truly takes the time to get to know you. As soon as you check in, your butler, ours was Nerissa. She planned out an itinerary for the week which we could adjust as needed, checked in with us daily, scheduled all our meals and outings, and answered any question for us. As an added touch she even drew a bath for us upon our return from a day tour of the island. Kevin, who does the wine & cheese pairing (do not miss it) was one of our favs! Ray was another of our top bartenders. The FOOD, oh my goodness, the food was top notch. Solange was our top server there, who also truly made the meals unforgettable. She took the time to chat with us, tell us how things were prepared, and share some of the culture as well. After the most perfect dinners, we returned to a turned down suite complete with the cutest towel animals (shoutout to Rosey), TV fireplace, and clean room stocked for a relaxing evening. Our days were filled with relaxation tucked away from the main resort noise, incredible food, gorgeous views, fabulous service, and overall bliss. We truly cannot say enough about this place. If you are looking for a honeymoon that tics all the boxes, please don't hesitate to book this place!
