Didn't stay here but dropped in for a couple of drinks. Beautiful hotel in the north end of the island. Highly recommend but don't book through the hotel. The online deals are way better. For whatever reason they don't match them. At least when I asked they wouldn't

Wonderful holiday. Had a wonderful spar experience with Sparkle and Marvelin for a couple massage , they made it extra special with champagne and chocolates. The restaurant where all great, papa dons was made special by June aka Mumma Dons and her staff made it very special. The only downside was the main pool was shut after the first week, we weren’t in formed about this until the day it happen. But just by our room was papa dons pool and they open up the bar there during the day ,so we had food and drink by the pool. All in all in was a wonderful holiday. Recommend you do all inclusive otherwise you will need a lot of money to stay here

Excellent experience from start to finish! Great food, great accommodations, loved the shuttle..it was quick and efficient. The nicest staff ever! Water fun available, awesome drinks on the beach. Cleaning staff was top notch and loved the turn down at night.

Even before our arrival we had great communication with the staff at the hotel (Customer relations) who were extremely helpful and informative. From the time arriving at Windjammers Landings Resort to the time we had to unfortunately leave it was totally amazing. we have been to other Caribbean islands and resorts (Barbados, Antigua etc) but St' Lucia and specifically WJL ticked ALL the boxes. Great location, great hotel, amazing friendly staff and great food and drinks. We were in an Ocean View Room (103A) and it was exceptional, ideal location with great views and much more. Nothing was ever too much trouble at WJL and even though the resort was a little quiet (Mid-September) the staff performed as if it was 100% full. We met some great people at WJL from all over the globe and we will certainly be in touch with those new 'friends' and intend to return back to the WJL in the near future. Sparkle at the spa is incredible. Made the entire experience wonderful and so relaxing. She was very in tune with where I have tension and pain and was able to work through that without causing more pain in the process. Highly recommend both this hotel and Sparkle at this spa!
