I stayed in an old, worn, unrenovated room. Gloomy colors, brown and orange. Broken phone and so room service can't be used. Nearly broken toilet. No breakfast served. Very large hotel, very noisy public spaces - constant loud music, even early in the morning

I have stayed here seceral times and usually love it. But i was disappointed in my recent stay. On check-in was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a luxury view of the CN Tower and I said yes. The view was not luxury. The room was also quite worn and rundown, with the wood finishes marked, the linens ripped, etc. On my last morning, a foul stench was coming in through the vents for a few hours. I advised front desk and didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience.
