My personal Resort Feedback: it is a long one ?? Highly Recommend it and I was so worried about the negative feedbacks I have seen here. So if you have the same concerns just don’t stress, the resort is beautiful, the staff tries their best and there is a very high probability that you will have a wonderful time. More Details below: Stayed 6 nights (10/05 to 10/11) 2 adults and 1 kid and 2 teenagers Key West Village 1BG (Moved later to 2 bedroom) AirPort: We arrived at the airport at 1 pm ish and it took us 2 hrs to get through immigration. Next time we will get the “Fast Track”. The airport is super small and has no AC. The kids were a bit hangry. Delta airline instructions was one form per family and after 2 hours in line the officer mentioned that we needed one per person. So keep that in mind. Transfer: There is no Beaches Lounge at TC’s airport but they got us in a large van with another family fairly quickly and it was a quick 10-15 min drive to the resort. Reception: They received us with drinks and snacks. They gave us all the instructions needed about the resort, schedules and since we are rewards members we were given a list to select bottles from good variety of alcohol: champagne, wines, vodka etc. it didn’t take too long and soon we were at our room. Room: Varanda house was perfect and we loved Key West village. It is quiet and right by the beach and 3 restaurants which we found that to be very convenient for lunch and breakfast. I requested a room with 2 bathrooms and I was pleased to see we had one. Soon we found out our refrigerator was broken and all the drinks in it were not cold. They actually already had a little refrigerator on the counter but it was so small. The concierge team was very proactive and gave us the option to move and gave us an upgrade to the 2 Bedroom suite. I was so happy because that room was absolutely amazing and huge. Once there the next day the circuit was tripping and half of the room had no electricity but they came soon and fixed it. Restaurants: We are Disney Cruise travelers and the food at DC restaurants are much better. There was not a restaurant that did stand out. The food was average and my family could find something to eat but not great by any mean. There was a wait around 7 pm but if we went before that all was good. Staff: They work hard and are friendly. I’d say 90% of the staff we encountered were welcoming and tried their best to resolve the issues. The key is not to be in a rush and be patient. The other 10% could use some customer friendly training and a manager checking in here and there. To be fair I also saw a good percentage of customers not being considerate and acting entitled. That has to wear on them for sure at times. Resort Grounds: immaculate and absolutely stunning. It takes a lot of work to maintain a place that big! On the big note take the day to get to know the place it can be overwhelming. We used Google maps and it worked well. Golf cart transfer: It could be more efficient and drivers could be more friendly. We just walked most of the time because calling them was a hustle. Beach: Beautiful and one of the most beautiful blue water I have seen. Cayman Islands is my number one still but TC is my second now. We had no problems finding a chair. Pools: Italian is pretty but always busy and it gets dirty very quickly but I saw the staff cleaning the pools every night. The water park was good and my youngest loved it. Pictures: Rocky did an amazing job and all the pictures were stunning. An opportunity here is to have photographers throughout the resort during day, night and excursions. We have been to St. Lucia and they even go to the excursions with the groups. It made for lots of beautiful pictures besides just the beach. The price is a bit high but the pictures were so beautiful that I could not pass. Excursions: we did the half day snorkeling and iguana island and we loved it. My husband and teens did the Discovery Scuba and this one I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The Dive store manager welcoming was like: I know this one is cheaper but it gives a sense of false security and we recommend getting the certification instead…” it was a very negative talk and we felt like we were inconveniencing him. The instructor was great the main manager needs customer friendly training. If this is not recommended why to offer it? It left us with a bad taste and my kids were underwhelmed with it. Overall: We loved it and booked next year’s vacation on site. I highly recommend it. Again this is my personal opinion and everyone vacations differently. It was everything we expected and made it for a great week.

This place is amazing!! The beach is gorgeous, our room at Italian Village, was perfect as well. The resort is plenty of amenities for all ages but specially for kids and teens. The hotel photographer did a great job and we had a beautiful memories of our vacation. This hotel is highly recommended!!!
