My husband and I were married there in 2010. We’ve been there a total of five times we love it so much. The rooms are spacious clean. The beds are really comfortable. There are so many food options. You never get bored. The drinks are amazing and flowing. We get family photos every time we are there ask for Romaine small he is fantastic. Also, we met an amazing entertainer. My family fell in love with him. His name is Kenton. He was a total hit with my family. Also highly recommend the jerk food truck and the mac & cheese truck so quick delicious and easy. We look forward to going again.

Pros: Beautiful beaches with crystal clear water! The property grounds were kept up well and beautiful! Our teens loved the ability to go off on their own at times and the frozen yogurt shop! We stayed on resort the whole time (5 days is our preferred length at AI’s) and enjoyed the snorkeling, sailing and paddle boarding as well as the water park, pools and beach. The evening entertainment was fun and particularly liked the silent headphone dance party. We also loved that the resort was close to the airport. Our favorite restaurants were Sapadillos and the French restaurant. We stayed in the Key West village which we liked, quieter (especially in the morning when our teens were sleeping in) close to the Italian village where a lot happens at during the day and had a one bedroom partial ocean view that they upgraded us to which we appreciated. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful! Cons: the room was worn, moldy in spots in the shower. The food was just ok (other than Sapadillos and the French one), but we were kind of expecting that (typical AI). The bottom trundle bed wasn’t very comfortable for one of the kids (but they did bring us a roll away when we asked and that was better) They also put a mattress pad on our bed the second day and that made our bed more comfortable. Overall it was a great trip and we would recommend it to others, but look for a sale! (We purchased on Black Friday). Also early May was the perfect time it wasn’t too busy, never had to wait for anything and we were able to find pool and beach chairs

We recently got back from a family vacation at Beaches. We are returning guests and know the property well. We stayed in the Key West for the first time. Its more low key and on the quiet side. Sandra with Island Routes helped us book some tours. She did a great job and was so nice and helpful. We tried the totally see through boat one and it was great! We saw alot of turtles, fish and coral. We also did arts and crafts with Barbara Lynn and glittered some shells. She was very helpful. We loved the dessert buffet. Return families get a free 5 by 7 picture. Warm took our pictures and she did a wonderful job. We were in the beautiful ocean all the time and snorkeled alot. We liked all the food and had no problems. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. We were disconnected from our devices and enjoyed quality family time together. Thank you to all the staff at Beaches.

We recently stayed at Beaches Turks and Caicos and expected a luxury, all-inclusive vacation experience. What we got instead was a series of disappointments, poor service, and blatant disregard once we checked out. While the property is stunning and the beach is incredible, the customer service is truly abysmal — especially considering the price tag. From the moment we arrived, there were issues. Our room was crawling with ants by the second day. Roaches (one cockroach and one mammoth-sized waterbug) showed up twice. There were visible signs of mold on the walls, AC unit, and shower curtain. The AC unit ran water over one of the guest's suitcases. Requests for help (simple things like towels) were met with indifference or passed from one person to another. Despite being a group of ten professionals, we were treated like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. I even questioned whether assumptions were made about us that impacted how we were treated — and no guest should ever feel that way. Several incidents — including unacceptable service at Kimonos on a birthday night- were brought to management’s attention. I sent a detailed and respectful email outlining the experience and asking for acknowledgment, if not a resolution. Not one person has responded. If you are looking for hospitality, respect, or even basic follow-up, look elsewhere. The island is beautiful, but the service at this resort was an absolute NO. 0/10 Do not recommend!

While we had a wonderful vacation last year at Beaches, Negril, Jamacia, as we are partially British, we tried a new venue and were absolutely pleased with the fantastic experience. The resort was pristine, the folks (too many to name) who worked to make an incredible 51st anniversary trip were very attentive and the beach was gorgeous. Even though the resort welcomes children, their activities keep them occupied apart from adults who prefer separation from the exuberance. While there are other Beaches, we will be back!!
