I have to agree with the other reviews regarding most of staff is unfriendly and do not seem to want to be there. There were a couple of exceptions but most were miserable. The woman who greeted us as we arrived at the Italien village, after all day traveling, was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. Also agree that you had to be up by 5:30am if you want to secure a chair on the beach, or pool and grab your towels night before if you can find them. Our sliding door had no handle , so it was difficult getting back in! They did fix that promptly. Our safe was also broken. We thought bed was comfy, but agree with no pressure in the shower. Our room was cleaned and turned down promptly each day. they did a great job. Food was plentiful and good enough. We had our best meal at the French restaurant, where staff was on their game. Our 14 grandkids(2-15) kids had a blast, and we all felt comfortable letting them roam freely. They never got to go snorkeling because of wind. That's another problem, signing up for snorkeling you have to be there before 7am and wait in line. And then it was always canceled? We all had great massages at the spa. The staff there was excellent. Try the cold plunge, that was fun! Overall we had a great time but will try somewhere else next time..

Thank you for making it possible beaches. Very thorough and extensive training so that all staff were knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and protecting those at risk. Huge undertaking /very grateful. Extra shout out to Craig, Cookie and Garrie. Craig was especially gracious. Facility was a lot of fun as well beautiful beach.

This was my first all inclusive resort. I had high expectations for Beaches. However, I was very disappointed with the overall trip. The rooms were outdated and the furniture needed to be updated. Barely any outlets near the beds. The water pressure was terrible in the rooms. Food- was poor quality. There were no good options. Long wait times and unfriendly staff. The best meal there was habachi. However, we had a reservation at 7:45 and the cooking didn’t start until 9. Pool/beach - not enough seats for the amount of people visiting. If you want to reserve a seat, you have to wake up no later then 6am. Otherwise you will not get a seat. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to friends.

Excellent place to enjoy, relax, and scuba dive! Johnny at the dive shop is the best! Wish Bishop was still there, but the place is still best place to vacation with family or for couples!

Our experience at Beaches was good. The pools and the beach were amazing! The food was ok, nothing special but we didn't go hungry. I would not recommend eating at the water park restaurant. It was terrible. The drinks were very good at the pool bars and restaurants. The shows in the evening were very good. We enjoyed the evenings walking the resorts. The extended golf cart that took you from one resort to the other was very good at getting to each resort in a timely manner. Overall, I would go back!
