We just got back from a great vacation at Beaches Turks and Caicos. We stayed in the Key West 4 BR with butler service. We can not thank Jomo and Nadia enough for making our vacation so great. They are excellent at what they do and they made our trip so special. We were celebrating my daughters Birthday and they ordered a cake and decorated with balloons and banners. They were so thoughtful and will hope to see them again soon! They were wonderful and we are so thankful for all they did for us. The Davis Family

Definetly a “family only” resort. Went here with my two adult sons, my daughter, her husband and three kids. My husband and I travel extensively and this resort is definitely designed for families with kids under the age of 12. Certainly isn’t a place to go and relax. It was like a zoo. Couldn’t get a seat by the pool, couldn’t get a seat on the beach, can’t find a beach towel anywhere. .Service is extremely slow. They definitely are working on Caribbean time and no tipping so there’s no reason for them to hurry for anything. Went to build a bear with my two granddaughters three and six, and the lady was behind the counter was so busy mopping the floor from the water from our bathing suits because we couldn’t find a towel anywhere , while we stood there waiting for her to stuff the bears. It was ridiculous . People were generally nice, but I wouldn’t say very helpful and in some cases had a real attitude . Trying to sit down for dinner was ridiculous. Can’t make reservations anywhere, so sometimes we waited an hour and a half for dinner. Needless to say with three children under under the age of eight that was hardly fun. Especially when you could see there were empty tables or tables that had not been cleaned off and we’re just sitting with 30 dishes on them for like 20 minutes. Nobody rushes to accommodate anybody. It certainly isn’t the place I would ever return to and I certainly would never call it a five star resort nor would I call the food five star. Three star at best. It was good for what we wanted for the kids but the property was huge and overwhelming in some cases with people running around everywhere. My husband and I literally walked 17 miles in the four days we were there within the-resort. The braiding vendors on the beach were annoying and would not leave us alone. Even after telling them several times we weren’t interested. I couldn’t believe they would not provide sand toys for kids who play on the beach. Really you’re a family resort and you don’t have buckets laying around for kids to play on the beach or expected to buy that. I know some people love this place but for me I would definitely never go back.

Bring suntan lotion, bug spray and if you have allergies allergy medicine there are lots of flowers here! The ocean is warm and beautiful food is good but remember you’re on an island they have to fly everything in. We stayed in the Caribbean Which is very convenient to everything. our BUTLER were Johnny and Ellen. They were the best and so nice and helpful. They thought of everything there is snorkeling about a quarter mile down the beach lots of fun fish we saw barracuda swimming around at night. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The place is beautiful and well-maintained. The kids love the waterpark. For Management, it would be really nice if you had chair pads on the chairs the hotel right next to you has them. also in the new section, I hope you are putting in handheld showers. And maybe more comfy mattresses or making pillow top mattresses available.

One of the best trips I've been on in some time. For the price paid, I would think the rooms would be much nicer. But the overall experience made up for it. Did not need to leave the resort for any reason. Has it all. My kids were entertained and walked around the villages like it was their own neighborhood. I brought my 86-year-old mother. They made her feel at home. Especially, Gener, Junior, Aniel and Jerome. They made sure she got a ride and picked up everywhere we went within the village. They spent time talking to her. She loved the place and said it's a must visit again. They help make the entire experience welcoming. They were great. The dining experience was also awesome. So many food choices. We ate at a new location every day for every meal. My kids had a great time. We all did. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

I don’t know where to start…Staff was amazing, food choices were awesome, buffets for kids can’t be beat. Beaches Turks & Caicos is run like a well oiled machine. From check-in to the airport shuttle back, they leave nothing to chance. There were 10 of us & every effort was made to keep us together for meals. Loved our suite at Key West with a full kitchen, washer & dryer. TIP: bring smoothie straws.
