The best vacations as a couple

I have shared a wonderful week of vacation in the grand memoris varadero with my wife and I want to tell you that I have absolutely no complaints about this spectacular hotel the food was good but without a doubt what I liked the most was the animation, great guys like Erik Karla Naomi the Cat Anays Jessica who tried very hard for me to have the best vacation of my life
Worst Resort Ever! Stolen IPad

Worst resort ever. Someone stole my IPad out of my room. Reported it with front desk and guest services. Scoured room twice with hotel employees. After we were home the thief connected it to the internet and I can now track it. Called the resort and they promised to call me back…l no word and will no longer answer my calls Everything is broken and won’t get fixed. Had to shower without showerhead. Safe door was hanging by a thread. Grounds were very unkempt. Towels and sheets not changed once during our stay. Many chairs in lobby and on balcony’s are broken and unsafe. Cuba has a food shortage, so we gave them grace for running out of essential foods on a daily basis.
