Best place in my opinion, diamond club for the fourth time since 2017.

This was my fourth time going since 2017 (June 6th I checked in). I love this place, I love the people, the vibe and all! Jesus and Alfredo were THE BEST people to have around, anything I needed, I knew I could go. I wanted to leave the resort with my husband so I asked Alfredo what he recommended, called me a cab, booked a restaurant reservation for me (good price and great food) and within 10 minutes I was gone. The first day when we checked in, within 1 minute I had a drink in my hand, it took 2 minutes to get checked in through diamond club. We had a bit of an issue with the room, something so minor I left bad even wanting to say something but as I was about to leave to go grab lunch and talk to them about it when I was that way, Jesus was knocking at my door to make sure I was happy and all went well settling in and to also invite us to a special dinner (amazing) and I told him about my issue. 5 minutes later I was moved to a better room. I love that I can trust everyone there, walk around no concerns and so on. I will be back, for my 5th time, know doubt. The restaurant, I had a great few people that really really went out of their way to greet me and it’s a buffet, but they would grad my bag and have a table ready, I felt bad but I was grateful they cared. I don’t want anyone going out of their way but they do it anyway and they all deserve the world! Love everyone there. PS I would bring small Canadian bills (5s / 10s then normal bills to tip or pay for things) oh and credit card! Bring one, everywhere takes credit card and my visa debit worked as well and I was able to take cash out in Havana when I went, and some American to for tips as well. I booked all my trips through trip advisor as well. See you all soon! I was so sad to leave, Alfredo even came to say bye and hug us, I almost cried lol. Xo Jade & Jordan

This was our first time in Cuba and can't wait to go back! When we first checked into the hotel it was late and there was a mix up with our room. It was not clean. When I went down to the front desk the lady was more then accommodating and promptly changed our room. The new room was much better. The rooms themselves are outdated but clean and beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff were amazing always greeting you with a smile in the morning with fresh towels and water daily. There was always plenty of food in the buffet and you were always able to find something to eat. The fresh fruit was amazing. The wait staff in the buffet were all very kind and greeted us promptly as we walked in you would never know if someone was having a bad day because the kindness was always over flowing. The entertainment team was amazing there was always plenty of activities on the beach in the morning and by the pool. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make everyone feel included. My boys are very shy and quiet Hansell was fantastic taking notice and had them playing with a beach ball with others in the pool area allowing them to loosen up a little and have more fun. The games and competitions by the pool were always very entertaining. The bar tenders were amazing you never had to wait too long to be served. The nightly shows were a lot of fun to watch and a perfect way to end the evening. The only downside was one week wasn't long enough. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip so much fun and very memorable. We will definitely be back.
