Exceptional Service from Adriel – Made Our Stay Unforgettable!

From the moment we arrived at The Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero, Adriel went above and beyond to make our vacation truly special. His attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care for guests made us feel right at home. Whether it was helping us with reservations, recommending activities, or simply checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, Adriel’s service was outstanding. Thanks to him, every day felt stress-free and full of joy. He truly represents the best of Cuban hospitality, and we’re so grateful to have met him. We can’t wait to go back and are already looking forward to seeing Adriel again on our next visit!
Dated resort, excellent staff and of course the beach was not disappointing

Stayed from may 3-10. Received great service from all staff. Upgraded to premium so didn’t have to go to the buffet for breakfast and lunch. David and William at premium were very helpful. Buffet was boring but beach and sun was why we went! The room was dated but clean and our maid was so sweet and did a fantastic job. The ladies at the lobby coffee bar were so friendly and after only one visit remembered what we ordered for every other time we went. We had our breakfast and lunch at the gourmet restaurant everyday. The staff there was amazing! Overall we really enjoyed our visit here. The pros were the staff, beach and service we received. The cons were the buffet, lack of lighting in the hotel hallways and lack of beer we were supposed to get as premium upgrade. We would return to this resort just for the service alone!! We booked with Sunwing and our on-site contact, Maria , is excellent to deal with and very informative
