We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Tuxpan ! The staff was exceptionally nice and the animation was amazing. We really enjoyed the evening shows and the streching sessions that were given near the pool area and on the beach by Rey David !! Would recommend.

VACATION STAY JANUARY 23 TO 27 2023 My wife and i took my mother in law for a much needed vacation , Varadero it was and TUXPAN hotel was one of the hotels that was offered, I was a little worried at first with all the previous mixed reviews. nevertheless it was completely worth it! great experience from staff, management and entertainment team. lots of food different everyday and it was actually good, The only real issue we had was that the room we were in was outdated and had a musty smell, but was cleaned daily and we were outside most of the time. we would go back in a heartbeat. if your planning to come here i personally recommend it, 4stars all day!

Beautiful place. I enjoyed my time over there. People very friendly. Restaurant buffet very well assorted. Public Relations very nice and very helpful. Eliset was awesome, she treated me with love and respect.

We just got back from this lovely resort. The staff were fantastic, food was good, and the people were great! Beautiful beach and pool. We all were having a wonderful time until a couple arrived with an industrial speaker and literally upset 90% of the guests with loud music ALL the time! We couldn't read on the beach because of how disrespectful this couple were blasting their music. When we chose to sit at the pool, their music is all we heard! Even in the piano bar they had to do karaoke off this massively loud speaker. After the shows at night they would show up with this loud music and no one could sleep whose balconies faced the main area. It was ridiculous! Many complaints were made and plenty of people asked these people to lower the volume. One woman asked plenty of times for this guy to have respect. So this small sweet woman kicked the speaker and thankfully broke it. The man who is a racist naturally called her nasty racial names. Pure ignorance and disrespect! I spoke to the front desk and I told them how happy I was the speaker was broken. We spent a lot of money on this holiday and this couple ruined most of work with their ignorance. Cuba is for cuban music not this garbage this couple played. However we will return to this place. We love Cuba and this situation won't deter us from going back to Tuxpan.

Pool bar 52 people having great time with music, girl came to bar & threw 40 pound speaker across the bar because she felt music was to loud. Security allowed this violent dangerous person to stay at bar! I spoke to Elisie customer relations, she disagrees with me that girl who threw speaker is a violent dangerous person! She could have seriously hurt someone throwing the heavy speaker, she threw speaker what else will she throw! Customer Relations says this person is fine, they see no issue with this! This is NOT a safe resort!
