Hotel that I absolutely do not recommend / Very bad experience until now

I am on vacation in this hotel and I would like to inform you that the food is very bad and the worst for example yesterday there were no eggs for breakfast and today no milk either not to mention the juices mixed with too much water and tasteless. Elevator problem, air conditioners and beach towels that I still have not received knowing that I have been here since 08/27.
Wonderful stay, spectacular Cuban day, magnificent service, the place is highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay with my friends and family, we had a great few days, highlighting the work of the animation team, mainly the boy Cesar Álvarez, he does his job very well, very nice hotel with wonderful views, clean pools, magnificent beach , pleasant staff, they serve very good coffee, spectacular Cuban day, rooms with good comfort and very clean, very good waitresses. In general, I highly recommend this complex, I will surely return, thank you all
