Ouch. No Piña Coladas.

Beautiful people, beautiful island. The beaches are second to none. Big shout out to the mecanico, the customer service lady, and the unsung heroes who run around fixing things with limited tools and resources including the cooks and support staff. In case you hadn’t heard, this Island is subject to crippling sanctions, and this hotel is not immune, so we’re not going to complain about anything at all…anything… except 1 thing. Tragically, this hotel does not have any Piña Coladas.

Ok if you have no high expectations

Would not recomment as all inclusive resort to European customers if you plan to travel to Cuba only to stay in the hotel and expect more than sky blue water and white sand. I would rather stay in casas and support Cuban people than support not worth Barcelo chain. As all inclusive not the greatest choice of food and drinks, VERY repetitive, no sea food/ fish (once in 7 days). However, if you are not staying more than one week it does the job if your main aim is not drinking and eating by the pool whole day. The only thing we could not get over is the most disgusting coffee we have ever head- if you can call it a coffee... I would suggest to improve receptionists customer service. Not very attentive, zero acknowlagement from some, always seemed to be bothered giving unhappy vibe. We weren't given abs any informations about the hotels facilities except timing for breakfast/lunch and dinner. Overall ok resort if you dont want luxury, but just to rest a few days after travelling around. Good wifi. Beach and view from the room does the job (booked ocean view).
