The conference was great!
- No valet parking and very limited parking available. Once parked where instructed, trouble finding how to get to the hotel.
- Bed was very uncomfortable in the room. I would recommend replacing the mattress in the room I was in. It sagged so much, it was a struggle to get out of the bed.
- On Friday morning, I wanted breakfast at the restaurant before leaving. Restaurant closed with sign to go to lounge. Lounge doors were also locked. so...no breakfast available. I did not check with staff if breakfast was available and simply left.
I've stayed before and the service was impeccable. This time around, with COVID, no valet parking, and closed restaurant made the stay less desirable.

Beds are super comfy. Pool is nice and warm but it could use an upgrade. Short, easy drive to Health Sciences Centre. Would love to see a little concession spot for snacks or even just some vending machines, although not completely full of junk.
Service is amazing!

Dawn and Rod made our stay. Truly the best service we’ve had at the many hotels we’ve stayed at in Winnipeg. We booked the pool for an hour. It was warm and a lot of fun for the kids.
Washrooms and room could do with a bit of a refresh. Beds are very comfortable. Furniture in both our Gold floor rooms (connecting) was nice. Room service breakfast made mornings very easy with kids.
Overall excellent service made for a wonderful stay.

My first time staying at the fairmont. and its was beautiful good rest the only problem was the parking we didn't know how to go in the parkade so we use the outside one where I had a little accident. I tripped over one of the cement barriers now I have both knees bruised.
The floor we stayed was to far up for seniors what if the alarm went off I we wouldn't use the elvator I can't too stairs and same with y spouse.
All in all the stay was pretty good .

Room needs to redone and brought into 2021. Carpet is coming apart at the seams and wall paper peeling off. All this for $350.00/night! I understand the challenges that Covid-19 has brought but is it to much to ask to change the towels and replace the glassware etc?
