Most relaxing stay ever!!

As out-of-state Magic Key Holders, we visit Disneyland/Anaheim many times a year and this was our first time staying at The Hilton Anaheim and WOW, we will absolutely be back. The staff was kind and responsive, our room was clean, and the overall vibe at this hotel was very relaxing and calm (much needed after a long day at the park!). Our room was large with a park view and we loved watching World of Color from our bed. We were very impressed with all the amenities at this hotel including Fedex Office (great to send big souvenirs home), the Beauty Bar, Starbucks, and large pool area. On checkout day, we stopped by MIX Restaurant for breakfast and the food was delicious. Hoping to return to this hotel for D23 Expo (at the Anaheim Convention Center) later this year! Highly recommend!
Hilton prices but didn't get Hilton quality - Will not be back

This Hilton was so disappointing. We purchased a Disney package through Costco. We have stayed at other Hiltons in the past and enjoyed their facility and amenities, but this Hilton is pretty bad. The rooms are dated and dirty. There were zero USB ports and only a couple of usable outlets. The phone and clock were from the 90's. There was a refrigerator and kurig-style coffee pot, but no microwave. The bathroom was a shower over a dirty old tub, no fan, and a barn-style sliding door. They have a parking garage for $20 a night. The walk to Disney wasn't bad - less than a mile. It was just okay...we paid Hilton prices but didn't get Hilton quality. I will not be back. The front desk staff was great and the check-in was easy.
