For the convenience of guests, the hotel has designated two areas for massage cabins: services. will be available in select rooms or within the serene ambiance of the beachfront spa palapa. These spaces will be fully equipped to deliver renowned spa treatments. Furthermore, to ensure uninterrupted fitness services, the gym will be relocated to a nearby area adjacent to the spa. This space will be furnished with ample equipment to facilitate guests' fitness routines seamlessly.
Throughout this period, the hotel will implement measures to minimize disruption to services.

All cons no Pros!! What a waste of hard earned money!!

Right from the entrance to the Lobby there was 0 wow factor. The lobby was a wide open grey dismall wind tunnel. Ill share some photos . In our room the curtains were two different lengths of which some were not even on the hooks! There were no face cloths, hand towels, kleenex! Four days in asking for these, we received a bath mat for a hand towel....No thank you. We stood in line for 2 hours (daily) to make a reservation at one of the three restaurants. This was a daily ritual, you couldnt make multiple reservations. Loungers were all reserved by 7:30am every morning, so much for lounging poolside. There were no info for room service...go figure. Never going back. This was our 15th time to Mexico and the only time so disappointed!!

We travelled as a group of 10 women for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed our experience. The location was a short 20 minute taxi from the PVR airport and a 30 minute walk into Bucerias. The rooms were modest but had ample storage, a table and chairs which made a happy hour possible while getting ready for dinners. I cannot say enough about the entertainment staff at the adults only pool. Marco and Cesar MADE OUR ENTIRE TRIP SO SPECIAL! They took such amazing care of making sure our bride felt special! Everyday we were treated to a special experience. The Magic show and fire shows were amazing! The food was good and they alternated the style of cooking each night, They could do with more frequent refreshing of the buffets and snack bars at times but it's humid and busy so nothing to complain about. The Italian a la carte was exceptional. and the ribs at the steakhouse were awesome.Sometimes there were lines to get drinks or into the buffet and seating for 10 (which I believe is policy) was difficult and at times not accommodated even though there was room at the restaurants. The staff was kind. The bathrooms were tidied regularly and fresh towels available all the time. Check-in times were a little longer than anticipated but our booking was complicated so again- understandable. Again I CANNOT STRESS HOW INCREDIBLE MARCO (pool security) AND CESAR (the entertainment manager) were to our group. Without them the trip would have been just like any other trip to the beach. From the bottom of our hearts! THANK YOU! overall impressed with this Resort.
