The hotel and bar staff were wonderful. The restaurant no one would come by for coffee. I had to get up several times to ask. Having to schedule dinner reservations and then having to come back again only to be told we didn’t have them. The lady in 7th floor that checked us in for Royal is the rudest person. She was on calls while working with us and acted like we were bothering her. Marisol in the dining area should be the person checking people in. She was wonderful and very person oriented. Milton was wonderful and very kind. The older man in the main bar where karaoke is was the best as well along with all of the wait staff. I give a 3 because of the lady checking us in. And also the towel people were rude.

The hotel is beautiful with access to the beach. Beds were so comfortable!!! The rooms are nice, and clean. All of the bar and entertainment staff: karaoke, 80’s show were exceptional! Our 14 member group purchased the Royal all inclusive package through Southwest Airlines. We bought the transport service, which cost us $50 each round trip. Other family caught cabs and paid $21 for 4 of them one way. No big deal either way. The process to check in for Royal is terrible. One woman is available to check “everyone” in at 3 pm. I am sure this is stressful for her, causing her to be extremely rude. I thought I had two beds. Instead of looking for options for me. She wanted to prove I didn’t request the rooms. My only option was to go the next day and wait at 3 to see if anything was available. The first time was enough for me, so I kept what I had. Also, all dinner reservations are made through the stressed out lady which we did, only for us to be told we didn’t have any. My niece looked at the reservation list, and we actually had multiple tables reserved. We disliked the most, not being able to order food by the pool. Other places we have had this option and loved it. Instead we had to go to the buffet (regular and Royal) and nothing can be removed from the restaurant.

It was just perfect. I’ve stayed here twice and has never disappoint. Food is great and the service team is awesome. Will definitely go back for a third time

This was a good resort. Rhonda and I were in the Royal Club Carasco at the Royal pool was great. He took care of David Karen at reception was Great as well I will be going back to this resort in 2025 Only complaint was not much dansing. Small little disco would be nice

We spent a week at this hotel and found it to be enjoyable. Any issues in our room were quickly resolved by the staff, and they were friendly and kind. The buffet food was great with many options to choose from. The Kids Club was a great experience for my son. Ms. Adriana Rosillo ran it smoothly and put in a lot of effort to entertain the kids and make them feel very welcome. My child couldn't wait for the club to open everyday. The only negative experience was the quality of the room. It was basic and small, but still very clean. We quickly got past it because we were out on excursions, eating out, or by the beach most of the time. It should be noted that this is also a family-friendly beach.
