Excellent food, service and cleanliness. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The only complaint my husband had was there was no many options for sports in the TV not even in the bars e.g. no baseball or hockey or football. Everything else was excellent.

We had a great time, especially at the central pool. Richard was our main bartender and he was amazing! So interactive, attentive and just overall had the best service! We also had great service from Jose, Anderson and Breydi whom all was working beside him! All of them deserve everything in the world and I would come back a million times just for them!

Rosa and. Victoriano. Y tamely are the best. Gave us great beach service! We had a wonderful time with them serving us! The beach was clean and kept. The pools were also constantly serviced by staff. The drink were well made and good! We appreciated our entire stay

This was our forth trip to Punta Cana Hard Rock and as usual everything was great. If anyhing could be better we just mentioned it to our butlers, Raphael, Charles and Cristabell, and it was done. For instance, I said with no exspectations that the coffee provided in the room was like colored water and that day and until we left Raphael gave us excellant coffee. We are anxious to go back again.

I am a legendary member and this was the worst resort I have been to out of hard rock. Food was horrible, building had leaks everywhere. I brought 5 families with my membership and was extremely embarrassed.
