Here for a weekend away during COVID. I’m a physician who needed a break. Our room 501W is old and just ok. Beautiful view but dirty porch. Disappointed. Sorry! You need to renovate! And the resort was totally BOOKED DURING COVID. Unsafe. Crowded and people without masks. Good thing for the beach.

We rented two suites and we all loved our time there. The suites were perfect. Clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful and they cleaned and disinfected the whole area everyday. Staff was very friendly. Loved it here. Location was perfect. We walked to John’s Pass several times and saved on parking fees. Had a great time! Would absolutely stay there again

We rented a 3 bed 3bath, which was great for grandkids and their parent with us. The unit was furnished nice and kept well, but I think they were still finishing off some of the shelves and shower stall shelves, but since it was so spacious we didn’t even use it all. Our bed was comfy and the pillows were perfect as well as linens. The appliances were all in working order and dishes were plentiful, but could use a better skillet or an extra one. We were on second floor, so it was great for using stairs if one didn’t want to wait for the elevator, but if you want more privacy, I recommend upper levels, also we were too close to the little bar, but maybe that wouldn’t bother most. During this difficult time of 2020, they were sanitizing well, but I thought there were too many people in pool that didn’t seem regulated. They had a nice beach with a good place to rinse off. The location is near great restaurants that are in walking distance. I do like the covered parking to keep things just a little cooler in summer. I love Treasure Island!

Very well located but rooms really really dirty. Rude front desk people, I think we expect too much from this place , especially with all this COVID all 4 families in 4 different rooms agreed with dirty suites and had to waist our vacation time cleaning before our kids get in. Really a bad choice

I booked this location for two units for a group of 8. Two weeks later, my reservation was canceled. I was told there was a system issue which caused them to overbook. The only reason I found out was because i called them to confirm two weeks before my vacation and to ask them about early check in. It is now impossible to find a good beachfront location for two families the week before 4th of July. This system “issue” didn’t affect this resort much but has greatly affected us and vacation we were looking forward to, after our cruise was canceled.
