    Amazing in every way...

    LeBlanc Los Cabo’s is an incredibly beautiful property surpassed only by unbelievably attentive 5 star service and delicious foods served in the wide variety of on site restaurants. But, if you have read the many outstanding reviews for this resort you already know that. We have visited five times since its opening in 2018... It is our "home away from home". I would like to share how truly impressed we were, just having returned yesterday 8/6/20 with the high degree of health and safety protocols LBLC has implemented and enforces. My girlfriend and I felt incredibly safe with the constant cleaning procedures every time guests leave a restaurant table or vacate their pool lounge chairs. Every staff member is wearing a mask for their safety and that of each guest. Through deep cleanings are performed before new guests checkin to their room and each evening all of the pool furniture is being deep cleaned.???? Low occupancy levels allow for social distance spacing of tables in the restaurants as well as rotating restaurant closures to allow for a deep dive clean on a regular schedule while still offering many wonderful restaurant choices each evening. We are in our late 60’s and honestly felt safer at LBLC than we do grocery shopping or visiting the pharmacy or stores at home. Take precautions by wearing a mask at the airport and while on the plane and, if you prefer while walking around the hotel but be assured it is very easy to maintain a safe social distance at most times. As a further testament we will be heading back again to LBLC in October for 12 more days!

    AWESOME Family Vacation!

    This was our first visit to Le Blanc Los Cabos. We visit Palace Resorts 2 to 3 times per year. Our family of 7 had a fabulous time. This is our new favorite palace. It started with fantastic service from Sarahi Rojas, Diamond Concierge and it lasted the entire time we were on vacation. Joatzin, the breakfast waiter at the International restaurant was fantastic. The ladies participated in the pasta class. Chef Ruben, Carlos & Fernando were outstanding. It was so fun and the food was amazing. We had eaten at the Italian restaurant the night before and the food was excellent! At Mezze, Edgar & Jesus provided us with excellent service and made our family feel very special. Lumere was another great experience thanks to Chef Alvaro and our waiters, Reyes and Alejandro. Everyone at the spa was top notch. I especially enjoyed talking with Guille who was so wonderful when giving me a manicure. I can't say enough positive comments about this resort. If you ever get the opportunity to go, I would highly recommend it. One addition would be to have cabanas on the beach at Le Blanc Los Cabos like they do at Le Blanc Cancun. We can't wait to go back!

    Rough Start but Overal AMAZING Trip!

    We stayed for 5nts in late July to celebrate an anniversary. I’ve stayed in Cabo several times, but wanted to try somewhere new, and after some research and deliberation, decided on LeBlanc. Initially we were going to book 4nts, but after speaking with the hotel, we were told our resort credits would double and we would receive complimentary airport transfers if we booked 5nts, so we did. After booking, trying to communicate with the Reservations team was very challenging. After several attempts, I contacted the hotel directly, who transferred me to the front desk manager. He retrieved my information but would not provide a confirmation number and said he would need to have two different departments call me back to schedule airport transportation and discuss resort credits. He was not able to confirm how much resort credit we received or what it could be used on. I believe he was well-intentioned, but for a top tier hotel, the process was far too difficult. Thank goodness once we arrived all our worries were put to bed. Transportation was flawless, the hotel grounds were beautiful, food's the best in Cabo, and service can't be beat. Our butlers Karla and Gustavo went above and beyond to ensure our every need was handled. Carlos and Pedro at the pool reserved seats for us daily and food/drinks service was always timely. The Lebanese and Asian restaurant were absolutely incredible- chef came out at both spots to say hello and offer special dishes. The hotel even setup a special dinner for our anniversary with a trumpet player, private seating, and hand selected menu catered to our dietary preference. Then we returned to our room to find our butler had drawn a bath for us with rose pedals and a bottle of champagne! Spa is pricey with taxes and service fees, but amenities are top notch and the fitness center is the best I've been to outside the US. My slight critiques are they really pitch their time share hard and will call your room several times to ask you to attend, service is sometimes too clingy, and the reservations team needs to integrate/communicate with the hotel to make the booking process easier. Book without hesitation. The amenities and service are worth the price.

    If you are coming for a good time please look further. We came here with a big group and the staff would be not play music by the pool nor do they let you play your own music. Imagine laying by the pool in dead silence. If you’re Over 50 then this is your place :) enjoy. Also s/o to Manuel at the bar by the pool. He was amazing. So sweet and so caring.

    We went to LeBlanc Cabo for the first time (always go to Cancun LeBlanc) and we would up extending our trip 3 times! We were there for nearly 3 weeks and will be back for Thanksgiving with our family in November. It was truly magical. Although it was Covid season and the resort had JUST opened up, the staff was "over the top" in quality and made us feel extremely safe. In fact, we wondered whether we should even return home!!! We had a wonderful time and the spa was everything we expected. We can't wait to get back! Our butlers, the bartenders, the towel guys and all the staff and restaurants made it special. They had fun music to dance to in the evenings and sax players by the pool. Adriana our fitness guru was also our spanish teacher, (and we remembered her from previous years at another resort). FIVE STARS TO LEBLANC! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!
