Let’s begin with the arrival. What a complete nightmare at the entry. Thank goodness for the sweet young lady we had from the MoBay Club. Super chaotic and stressful is an understatement. Now, with that said, we did talk to people who breezed through at different times. It was also pouring out so the private transfers had a heck of a time getting to us for pick up. We were completely soaked and ready to just get to the resort. Lobby was underwhelming, check in was fine and no sales pitch which was nice. I will say that ALL employees at the resort were friendly and super helpful. Beautiful grounds, clean pools, nice small beach with swimming area. Room 6301. Beachview, obstructed by tree but it was fine. Yes, there is construction and it was at our front door. We were not bothered by the noise BUT….we had to put a towel at the bottom of our door because construction dust was coming into the room. The door was so uneven that it was probably coming in on top too but we just covered the bottom. Bed was a little hard but we slept fine. Cleaning of rooms was good until I found a vape in my pillow. Called about this and received a new pillow. To me, that was disgusting and unacceptable. My opinion. Food. We were so happy that the buffet had fresh salad every day and fruit at breakfast. This was the most disappointing food experience we have had while vacationing. Our first Sandals experience will be our last. Sad, but true. Subpar food at all restaurants.Thai was the best. Jerk shack was good. Sushi was a gd nightmare because although it says on website they take reservations, they do not. As a large party we waited over an hour at the bar outside that has no music by the way, finally get seated after 9:20ish, order and then food comes out on a couple slates, waitress has no idea which roll is which, rolls were missing as well as other ordered food, and to top it off waitress says that’s it, all the rolls we have, no more to order. Seriously. Well we left hungry and unhappy. Good thing we brought snacks from home! Loved Chris and the gang at Mariner beach bar. Always upbeat and on their A game. The lack of music at the bars and common areas was boring. Play some music and make people happy! Let me finish by saying this is not our first all-inclusive. I think our bar was set too high years ago by the Valentin Imperial Maya in Mexico. Seafood was almost nonexistent at this Sandals and I happen to be a seafood lover. Just very underwhelming food. Resort was clean and beautiful. Small resort. Great employees. All said and done, first and last Sandals experience.

Booked a 4 day 3 night stay at Sandals for a birthday weekend. The place all inclusive adult resort which was awsome. The resort is not that big but with enough food options. I had a balcony room overlooking the ocean with a butler. I did not utilize the butler to the full capacity, but they were available if need be. The food is great and we tried sour sop fruit for the first time which was amazing as well as the jamaican beef patties. I do want ot give thumbs up to a waiter by the name of Andrew who gave impeccable and professional service while we had dinner on the beach. Also, another worker by the name of Oneil who always made it a point ot greating us with a friendly smile and striking up a friendly conversation when ever he saw us,

had a blast , the entertainment team were the best. we loved the interaction between the staff and the quests. you always felt included and part of the resort. Teri and i did alot of dancing and the playmakers really got involved in what we were doing. they always stayed until we were ready to call it a night. a big shout out to Lady J and DJ Paul. he would play what ever we asked for. Thanks for all you did for us.

Wasn't that good to us. Nothing was organized poor communication and high pressure sales. No vacation

Rosan was amazing! I stayed in 2202 And everything was perfectly clean and loved the night turn downs and the drawn bath the second night I was here???? the private gazebo dinner was incredible food was terrific bit my favorite restaurant was the Thai . Our butlers Monique and Kat were on top of everything and even set up a birthday surprise the made my night and my stay here. 10/10 recommend!
