Worst Hard Rock I've stayed at

From the second my family and I landed we have run into problem after problem at this hotel. Between a 2 1/2 hour check in process to our room not having hot water to room service taking 1 hour to just bring cold food to having a fire alarm go off 4 times today from 12AM-3:30PM today this hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The staff don't care and deny that something is wrong I will not be staying here with my family again.

So many things to do. Very friendly and helpful. Enjoy all the time there. Will definitely go back again.

The food was terrible and multiple people in our group had issues with our rooms from no AC to no Hot water. Would not recommend to anyone.

Awful. Just AWFUL! The system was down it took THREE rooms to get the one we paid for that was clean and didn’t SMELL. This is supposed to be the nicest hotel on the island and it looks like a construction site. We will NEVER return. Btw it’s not all inclusive. Be careful what you order and just save yourself the trouble and go to the majestic Mirage. What a waste of money. And a waste of a vacation

Food wasn't that great and there were not that many bars during the evening. A lot of things were extra money.
