Unlike the majority of the guests at this unique resort, this was our initial visit and based on our experience , We Will Return ! We were exposed to the resort thru advertisements and articles in both Conde Nast Traveler and Forbes Magazine along with the endorsement and recommendation from our travel agent Terri at Lake Shore Travel, Illinois. Other than Terri , never encountered anyone in the USA that had vacationed at or were familiar with BodyHoliday. Read probably every Tripadvisor comment on BodyHoliday in the past nine months and decided to venture to BodyHoliday, St Lucia instead of our usual Secrets, Zoetry, Excellence Resorts , in Mexico and the Caribbean, which by the way were all outstanding and Five Star ! We arrived at the resort via private transportation. Our driver, RONNIE STEPHEN from Leisure Sightseeing was amazing! The finest private transportation driver we have ever encountered in all our years of travel. Ronnie has lived in St Lucia his entire life and is damn proud of it! Was like receiving a private tour of the beautiful island of St. Lucia and an hour plus journey to BodyHoliday seemed like 15 minutes. We requested and received Ronnie for our return trip to the airport. Request his services with your travel agent. He is special ! We were then handed over to DEWAYNE ( Bell Captain) who was excellent - a great start to our week! Make no mistake , the reason for our return in the future is #1 ALL the gracious BodyHoliday TEAM members , The SPA along with the treatments offered daily, the volume of daily activities and the gorgeous setting of the resort on the Caribbean Sea. Prior to our actual visit , I must commend the WEBROOM and the folks behind the scenes. It was recommended by MARIE GENELLA JN. to utilize the Webroom. We scheduled all our Spa treatments and Dinner reservations ( Cariblue Windows and TAO) a couple months prior to arriving and all worked out perfectly ! In weeks prior to our arrival we utilized the Message Centre to ask many questions and received professional and prompt responses from LESLIE CHARLES and MARIE ! We were quite Impressed prior to arriving ! In reading countless Tripadvisor reviews prior to our visit , I constantly read about the visibility of GENERAL MANAGER YHASMINE. Sure enough YHASMINE was there to greet us when we arrived and we enjoyed a lengthy conversation with her one night at dinner. YHASMINE is extremely visible mingling with guests and Team members. Continue the Great Leadership! As we mentioned to YHASMINE her Team is PHENOMENAL and would like to list everyone's name in this review! The Food at BodyHoliday is Good to Very Good but the employees service made it taste GREAT !! Thanks so much to those who served us daily and treated us as royalty and Family, included but not limited to WHITNEY (snow) waitress, TRISTA (waitress) , SHELDON (waiter) MERCHRISHNA AND DANIELE , (Cariblue Windows) JASON ( unbelievable bartender) KENYA AND MARVIN ( Outstanding Chefs at Pavilion) we laughed daily with them! ZAIN ( magnificent hands on supervisor) We truly enjoyed our Spa treatments daily and every treatment was stellar and professional ! All were marvelous so THANK YOU so much to NATISHA, CHARLENE, JAMONDA, CHARLIA, JOCELYN , MAGDELENE , you all were responsible for a superb seven days ! The setting of the Spa is picturesque and surely worthy of the 80+ stairs !! The amount of daily activities is unprecedented and all who led are excellent , fun and entertaining. We enjoyed fun experiences with LEVANNA ( bingo, dancing, etc) LEAH ( BodyHoliday Tour, guided walk/ hike) JC ( guided walk/hike and sunset cruise) SHAQUILLE (sunset cruise), SHERMAN ( water sports boat driver -tubing - outstanding experience). ZAIN AND JASON (sunset cruise) Would highly recommend spending the evening with the BodyHoliday Legend ALFRED THE PIANIST a superb talent and personality. We enjoyed the opportunity to interact and laugh with wonderful guests from around the world! Good fun stuff ! We enjoyed our Luxury Ocean Front Suite with expanded balcony overlooking the Sea. Accommodations were fabulous as we were provided with exemplary housekeeping service provided daily by SAMATHA ! Thank You ! Continue all the GREAT EFFORTS ! Hope to see you all in the near future !

We just returned from our 6th visit to the Body Holiday. Another brilliant and satisfying visit, each visit is different yet with enough similarities to make it more than comfortable. We enjoy all the activities and much needed down time for relaxation. Once you have experienced it, you will be planning your return trip. We stayed 7 full days and 8 nights, which gives a chance to participate in daily changing activities and events. During our stay, we were taken care of and interfaced with a team of friendly and accommodating personnel. The team that serviced our room maintained it perfectly, and we never saw them except for occasionally in the hallways. The only room issue was the inoperability of the Bluetooth speakers in the room (#372). Food and beverages have consistently improved over our visits. Restaurants we enjoy are Cariblue for breakfast, sitting beachside at the Pavilion for lunch, and Windows for dinner. The wait team service is approaching a Michelin star service quality, due to large part of leadership of MoMo and Britney at Cariblue and Windows respectively. Trista was an all-star at Cariblue, but there were others too! A couple other shout outs to James, a most knowledgeable and professional Wine Sommelier and the Chef and his team in Windows, where we dined 3 evenings. Irving and the other wait staff in Windows were consistently “spot-on”. The only suggestion we would have been that Tao needs a menu refresh. What we really come for is athletics and classes that are a huge part of the day at the Body Holiday. Leah in Activities always makes it happen for us, she is a delight to work with when scheduling various individual sessions. The Body Guards (BG) make classes challenging yet fun. They work to bring out the best in you and taking one to individual performance limits. Every visit, we meet and spend time with different BGs, and this year’s class included OGs – Deano and Sherquill, and upcoming Levanna and JC (he is going to be a star!!!). My wife is a daily participant in the 0900 Stretch class and most following 1000 classes. We both do Tai Chi, Spin and Aquafit. My main passions are the Tennis Class with Neil, a great gentleman and tennis teacher and makes the game fun and Training/Weightlifting with tough as nails on the outside, but a big heart on the inside Felix. To get us thru all these activities, we rely on Edwin for 0700 Tai Chi to keep us limber both physically and mentally…thanks Edwin!!! Body Holiday has the correct formula to keeping our “past athletic prime” bodies going with all this activity, the daily spa treatments, and perhaps a “fountain of youth” in the Thalasso Hydrotherapy. Some of the stand outs were Pauline in Thalasso, and Magdalena and Shanti providing treatments. This year for the first time in our many visits, it was more difficult to get the times for treatment that we desired, but the Spa Desk personnel did their best to accommodate us as possible. Finally, we would like to give a shout out to Yhasmine the General Manager that orchestrates this. We saw her daily interfacing with guests and staff to provide the best experience possible. We appreciate that and look forward to many more visits to the magical Body Holiday where you “give them a week with your body, and you will get your mind back!”. See you all again in 2025…if not sooner!!

From the moment we arrived at Body Holiday, St. Lucia, we were treated to an unparalleled experience, thanks in no small part to the incredible staff and the myriad of activities and culinary delights. Yhasmine, the General Manager, was outstanding, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay with her warm hospitality. A special thanks goes to Toni Ann, who arranged a beautiful surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday, complete with flowers, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and rose petals — her efforts made our celebration truly memorable. Digna was also a pillar of support, assisting us wonderfully throughout our visit. Kesha, a delightful presence in the main dining area, made us feel right at home with her vibrant energy. She captured special moments for us before dinner, becoming a favorite part of our day. Similarly, Kenya and Whitney, the chefs, dazzled us with their culinary skills. Whitney’s ratatouille cooking class was a highlight, and her special efforts for the birthday celebration were much appreciated. Neil, our tennis instructor, and Shakeil, with his infectious dance energy, made our activities lively and enjoyable. Craig was not only an excellent archery instructor but also a fantastic dancer. The scuba instructor was exceptional, adding adventure to our relaxing retreat. Leah at the excursion desk was always helpful and pleasant, making our outings seamless. The fitness classes were invigorating, and the spa was the epitome of relaxation. I found myself drifting off to sleep during the massages, a testament to their tranquility. Dining at Body Holiday was a journey of flavors, with each night offering a different culinary theme that was authentic and expertly prepared. The Mediterranean night was particularly divine, with each dish bursting with genuine flavors that tantalized my taste buds. Overall, our stay was not just relaxing and fun, but deeply enriched by the wonderful people of St. Lucia. The staff made our experience special, showcasing their genuine care and hospitality to the extent that I still remember each staff members name. Each person deserves their own reviews that’s how special the stay was, Thank you to everyone at Body Holiday for a truly magnificent getaway!

The body holiday in St Lucia is an experience that you will never forget. This hotel offers so much from a choice of over 25 daily activities, daily spa treatments, amazing food choices. Why is it so special and people return year after year it’s because you can do whatever you want it caters for everyone. Me & my husband did the daily organised walks around the hotel, Aqua fit classes, water volleyball, Zumba dance, beginner's tennis lessons, used the gym facilities, had treatment's at the spa. My grown up children (20/25/28) did all the water sports, team activities, spa treatments they had the time of their lives and loved everything the hotel had to offer. The restaurants & cafe are amazing, The Pavilion/Windows/Tao & Wellness cafe all offering excellent choices. I-Tal is outstanding it’s heathy food option is delicious and most of the ingredients is grown on site (supplement to be paid) Weekly Friday boat trip, pick up from the hotel and taken to the marina for a lovely sunset cruise with lots of dancing & drinking A really fun evening which is usually followed up on return back to the hotel with a beach BBQ supper or a restaurant of your choice. The hotel have a team of ‘Bodyguards’ who do all the sports & evening activities they are there to make sure everyone has a great time, all are exceptional at their jobs. The hotel has a lovely piano bar where you can enjoy pre evening drinks before dinner or relaxing after dinner, Alfred is usually playing the piano, great tunes and request are always being made to him, really enjoyable fun nights. There is so much to mention but the only way is to visit and experience this really special place for yourselves. I will be back and hopefully will be coming for many more years.

The people at Body Holiday are so warm, welcoming and attentive to the guests’ every need. They even provided me daily with a quart of fresh almond milk in my room fridge, as I drink it for a medical condition. I’ve traveled much of the world and have never in my life experienced better service!
