I feel very lucky to have stayed at the BodyHoliday resort, it was truly amazing! The resort is wonderful, both relaxing and invigorating. The food will not disappoint and offers great variety served by professional, smiley staff. A special mention to some of the amazing staff who helped make our stay so special, these included Samson whose passion for skin treatments is inspiring; Edward, the morning T’ai Chi and golf tuition was second to none, Mindy certainly put us through our fitness paces while Gilly and Javid made sure we were fully hydrated and well fed. The team were headed up by the inspirational Yhasmine who was a joy to deal with. Thank you to all of you, your hard work and dedication was very much appreciated and made our trip simply perfect! I can’t wait to return.

We stayed at BodyHoliday over new year and got married there early January , I must say we could not of wished for a better place to have celebrated this special time. Firstly the wedding , Sandra was superb! She ensured it was everything we wanted and that all went smoothly . Thank you so much Sandra ! (Wonderful lady) The hotel far exceeded our expectations in every way! Our room with a lovely view out over the ocean and beautiful sun sets was exceptional, spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed . We really enjoyed the daily treatments at the spectacular spa , all the staff here are super friendly and very professional specially Donna (10 years younger!!) and Joyce (world class) . The water sports were great and the team very helpful especially with sailing and water skiing .(much needed!!). Bar staff / Kurleana were great ( never a empty glass) , Mindy / Matheus superb bodyguards. The food and table service was amazing in all restaurants, TAO was exceptional! On our last night we were lucky enough to dine at Mosimann’s a fine dining experience offered by the hotel (Michelin star) Thank you for the recommendation Andrew! We took advantage of a personal west coast tour with Marlon in his land rover , amazing day! Thank you Marlon To summarise we had the best time! We met some wonderful friends and like so many others “we’ll be back” Thank you BodyHoliday Ps , I must mention Alfred on the piano, fantastic !

We booked this last minute for Christmas with out two daughters and we are so pleased we did , the hotel was amazing . We had two rooms on the second floor and we could see the amazing sunsets. The rooms were clean and extremely spacious and had a lovely balcony. The COVID restrictions were handled very well and we felt completely safe. The food was varied and very god quality. The family particularly enjoyed the steak at the Pavillion restaurant and I enjoyed the daily afternoon teas. The treatments were lovely and it was nice to have a little break from the sun. Special mention to the wonderful nurse who took our temperatures every day, Shannon in the main restaurant , Javid in the Pavillion and our lovely cleaning lady ( rooms 210 and 205 ) We would recommend this hotel and will go back when restrictions are lifted.

Absolutely first rate from start to finish . I cannot gush enough. I went on my own but have made friends for life ! . The Garden room I had is the most basic but with no single supplement it’s much less expensive and still perfectly nice . The staff here are so incredibly friendly , expert , attentive and kind . The hotel is so well run . The daily included treatments are really first class and the beauty staff are really skilled . The classes and hikes are really well run and varied - I particularly enjoyed the daily hikes , yoga , stretch , pool volleyball , acqua fit and carribean dance on the beach . Their COVID-19 preparations and protocols were immaculately managed so you felt very safe but still normal and the in house nurse spoke to and checked every single guest each morning . The entertainment and sports programme is second to none . Unbelievable . Best holiday I’ve ever had . Thanks so much especially to the cleaning staff who kept the place perfect and to the amazing body guards ( sports and activities leaders ) and to the spa staff and Natasha the best yoga teacher . Can’t wait to get back .

My husband and I aren't the large resort type of people, but where else are you going to get an inclusive 55minute treatment with each day you stay? The gym is fully equipped and there is a lot to do in order to stay active. You do not need to be a gym body to enjoy the place, as there are so many activities you can do outside of the gym, such as water sports. The trainers are amazing and genuinely passionate about what they do. My husband took golf lessons with an ex-pro golf player and also had a body consultation with an ex-pro runner. If you don't want to do activities, you do not have to. The negatives of this place are that you have to work on the hotel's schedule in terms of eating, as food isn't available 24hours (incl. no room service). The fridge has no other refreshments except for tea/coffee and water. We had filled in all our information on the portal prior to arrival, including my dietary requirements, but we had to repeat the form on pen and paper upon arrival. No one checked for our covid PCR test certificates, despite us asking if they want to see it. They asked us to email it over and had not provided an email and were a little too relaxed about it for my liking. Face masks were hardly imposed, therefore much of people staying were walking around mask-less, I didn't feel the safest here. My dietary requirements were filled in prior to and upon check-in (Gluten free) and we were still given wheat biscuits daily with our tea and none of the staff at the resort were informed of my requirements, and I still had to repeat myself at TAO, in which we made a reservation for. The resort is very Clicky, if you don't play a specific sport or take part in an activity, the people who did, will not talk to you. It felt like a first day at school. Only on our 5th and last day did we have people talk to us, and that, only if we spoke first. Their breakfast was amazing and had a great spread for all dietry requirements. But if you're coming here and expecting a west-indian experience, you will not get that here, unless you're at the resort on their 1 day a week west-indian night. I felt like I was in Spain with a bunch of British people rather than the Carribean.
