We highly recommend this resort! Oscar, Solange, Oswaldo, Jackie and can’t forget the best Henry!!! you all made our stay at Gran Ventana the best it could be :) we will be back ???? The beach, pools and food are amazing. We highly recommend the Beata building if you are looking for quiet. The main pool area is hopping morning, moon and night

This was our second visit to this resort. Just like our first time our vacation was great. Our room was clean plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. The fridge was restocked daily. We enjoyed the food it was very good. My wife loved the chicken wings at the beach bar at lunch time.The staff there are friendly and accomadating. Andrea, Ernesto and Mario provided great service at the pool bar. They were happy and smiling everyday. This place truly made us feel great about choosing to come back. I am already planning to return to the Gran Ventana in 2025. .

Came to the gran Ventana for a family trip. The buffet and restaurants were outstanding… our experience was very personal, especially from the event coordinator Henry, he did such a good job making sure we were involved in everything they had had to offer, from yoga to the “show times” we enjoyed it all! Will definitely come back in a heartbeat!

The resort felt intimate and close knit. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to as were the other guest. The staff creates an environment of acceptance and accessibility. The food was amazing with great attention to detail and flavor. The evening shows were funny and engaging. The entertainment coordinator Henry makes personal connections with the guests to ensure a great time for all people here. Overall a wonderful resort! I can’t wait to come back!

The ac is amazing and very efficient and the rooms are amazing The entertainment coordinator henry is amazing and super sweet and great personality he is so fun to have around it makes your trip so much fun he brought me up on stage and I had tons of fun really made my day
