I only visited the hotel for one day and I was super delighted with the service and attention of all the hotel staff, including the entertainment team. Thanks to them we felt at home, they were very kind to us and gave us all the directions of the hotel. place. I hope to repeat the visit very soon.

I had a marvelous stay at the Gran Ventana...very friendly staff that's makes you feel like family the moment you arrive…highly recommend...extremely beautiful resort…the night time entertainment was my favourite part…I will definitely be going back to Gran Ventana

What satisfaction I felt when I was at the Resort, from the entrance to the complex to the exit, all its members were very kind and helpful to me and the others who accompanied me. The hotel has excellent coordination, congratulate the general manager, Mr. Lereaux and the night manager mr. Dionicio Rosario for his assistance and collaboration, as well as for his great administrative management. Also highlight the young Henry and Bryan from the tourist entertainment and recreation team, wow what a great team. I loved their dynamism and professionalism with tourists, they are charismatic and do an excellent job. Without a doubt I recommend this hotel, its members and each department are very organized, they treat their clients well and give their best. Congratulations on your great work to everyone, one of the best hotels in the country.

I had a really great experience staying here for a week, the workers are very nice and the food is good and the weather/the pool/the beach are so beautiful!! I have to add that HENRY made me and my family’s stay here amazing his energy is top tier !! I will be coming back this was my first time in the Dominican !

The staff from the moment we arrived were absolutely friendly and great. Greeted with drinks, we arrived early and were able to start using the amenities immediately. The food was great. There were multiple options and you could reserve at one of the restaurants. The entertainment and entertainers were awesome. Henry and Bryan were honestly the life of the party and Delfy did a great job organizing the entertainment for each night. We had a blast with the silent disco. The stay was phenomenal overall. Would do it over again anytime.
