Loved the complex, lots of fun activities to do. I love the animation crew, very friendly, super nice to everyone. Beautiful beaches with cool activities. I loved the barmaid’s and barmans super friendly and creative with surprised drink. To conclude I loved my stay at this resort I would love to come back later. I wish my stay wasn’t over!

My first time coming to the dominican republic and Im happy my family and I came here. Although the resort wasn’t as big as i expected it was really amazing. The staff was beyond friendly and always going out of their way to make sure we were happy. The wait staff at the buffet and the restaurant were very attentive always make sure to refill the drinks. There was a small issue with the bathroom stink but after calling the front they fixed it in under 20 minutes and it never gave us problems again. The entertainment staff were very fun and outgoing. I loved meeting henry and bryan no matter what time it was they were always smiling and full on energy. They were also very helpful helping my family find the mall and club outside the resort. They also go above and beyond with decorations as i arrived with a happy birthday banner on my door. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun place to stay.

The experience In DR was More than I expected Gran Ventana Has Great Services They have gone above and beyond to ensure the ultimate customer satisfaction. That is most evident in the entertainment delivery, special appreciation for Henry and Brian. The team could not be the same without them. The food selection was on point. It was my first time being here at gran ventana I had a really good time the Resort is Very clean comfy The people are Friendly The Restaurant always Have Something different Everyday The Coctels at the Bar was good barmans always have a Smile for a nice service The Nigth time Are Good I really Enjoy The Entertainment Programs During dance Lesson Exercise and Games Dealed By Henry!! This Guy, is Incredible ?? Byant also did a nice during my Stay thanks Guy ,,, I will come Soon !!! See uuuu

Bad. Buffet is open. Very windy in the beach. Food is very bad. Restaurants is bad. Entertainment is not good Good. People who works in the hotel. Beach . Fruits. Room old but ok . Never go again. Better to go to Senator resort and casino. Cheeper and better.
