Pros: Property- lovely tropical Room- clean, spacious with beautiful view Spa- relaxing, top notch Teppanyaki Restaurant and La Boheme were good Helios Restaurant beautiful view, but poor food- breakfast omelet was the best choice Cons: Food- mediocre at best Main pool- loud music and staff constantly trying to sell excursions, spa, etc. very annoying Quiet Pool- pretty serene setting, but NO shade Poolside Grill- terrible service and food (usually waited 20-30mins for food) Staff- friendly, but poor English (often received different answers to the same question)‘what time does Helios open for dinner?’ 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 Shopping- one store We arrived at 4:00pm, (after 12 hours of flying) with only 2 staff members checking guests in- very slow. We were told no restaurants were open, not even a coffee shop for snacks? So we went to our room to find the snack bar empty except for one Coke. We waited 30mins to talk to our ‘Butler’ and asked for the mini fridge to be filled with only water bottles during our stay, but that was not done. Thank goodness you can get water bottles at the bars. The biggest disappointment for me was the food- very sub par.

Excellent resort. Building 52 is the perfect location. The food was good in most restaurants, Caprichio is the best for breakfast and lunch. The service is unmatched at this resort, everyone we met treated us with love and like family. A few people that stand out are Delores at the main pool who is the best waitress ever, Miguel in the lobby was very helpful and friendly, and Juan the server at Chic was incredibly fun.

We had a great time. The beach is beautiful and Deloris at the main pool made our stay so enjoyable! Miguel in the lobby was very helpful too. The only negative is that the food is typically cold.

Chic was a great show. The white party was fun. Nigel in the lobby was great. We will miss Dolores so much. The food was okay, the Capricio buffet was the best food the whole time. I would like to come back!

Miguel in the TRS lobby has welcomed us in with open arms as soon as we stepped in the lobby. Everybody in the resort has treated us like family! Especially Dolores!!! She has been amazing!!!! I can’t wait to come back!!! This place is paradise
