Very nice resort. Something for everyone. Large pool with slides and interactive entertainment from the resort for families with kids. Adults only pools and bars with tables for ones without kids. Vast amount of beach space with chairs, umbrellas, hammocks annd lounge chairs…. accommodating service all along it. Rooms were large and very nice great view beach side no issues with all appliances or facilities in the rooms. Service was great especially with Butler service. Highly recommend

Food wasn’t enough we get it it’s Mexico but there should be a different variety of food than Mexican food and going to the restaurant that’s always being booked up it’s hard to really enjoy the food. And room service was all cold order hot chocolate was all cold. The cleaning of the room took very long to come they came till late like 4 PM and after it was the last night of staying there they came early. All the pools were all cold we had went to other resorts where there was like a pool warmer something like that in the pool. Wish there was like finger food like wings or chips and salas at the pool having so much water down drinks at the pool. I feel like I payed for a luxury room and got there and had to pay $400 more just to have a decent room I felt robbed knowing they had certain rooms available a total scam
