We just returned from spending 5 nights at the Alexandra and it was truly paradise. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our group. Grace Bay beach is breathtakingly beautiful and the resort is beautiful. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Chidley, our BEST bartender, made us the best drinks ever and always had a smile on his face. Neil and Jeff were so attentive to our every need as was Brown. The rooms had beautiful views and so comfortable! We will be back!!!

We have a wonderful time at the resort. The people are nice and very attentive My room had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. The room was big and the clean. The furniture is getting old and will soon need to be replaced. As for the food, the food at the patio near the beach needs to add a lot more choices. Everyday Monday-Saturday they serve, pizza, hamburgers, fish tacos, and jerk chicken. And on Sunday you have pizza and hamburgers, yup that’s your Menu. If your planning on spending more than 5 days you will get sick and tired of the same food.

    Very good resort for families!

My family along w another family stayed at the Alexandra Resort for a week this past August 2019. There were 4 adults and 3 kids between us...kids were 8 and two 12 year olds. We had separate ocean front rooms. The views were amazing! The rooms were very clean. The fridge always had beer, water, and sodas. I researched so many resorts in Turks and felt this would be the best fit for us. We were all very happy w the choice. Please keep in mind this is the Caribbean and people do operate on island time. Service was very slow at times and some of the staff could have been more hospitable. We were very pleased w the all inclusive. The food was good, some meals better than others, but they had something for everyone! Lots of little perks for the kids, popsicles handed out at the pool, ice cream, burgers, pizza, and nachos were always a hit. Again, we had to wait for these items at times but worth it bc we were in paradise!! Now, onto the amazing beach! Truly there really aren’t words to describe the water at grace bay!! The clearest and calmest water you can imagine! You could float for days on the floats that the resort had anchored. We also brought our own and they provided a hand pump for us to use. We used all the water sports that were provided for free. We just had to sign for them at the booth. We loved the paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear the most!! There was always entertainment at night and sometimes vendors who brought local stuff to sell. We loved our time together at the Alexandra Resort. Wonderful beach family vacation! Lifetime memories!!

My husband and I stayed there last month and had an awesome time. I did not know anyone who had been at this resort so I went based on some reviews and fingers crossed. It was our first time to Turks and Caicos and well, we could not have had a better vacation! Room was clean and we had a lovely ocean view from the 4th floor, stunning! The staff was so kind, helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. I have to give many shout outs because, quite honestly they deserve it: Johnathan and Monica at the front desk, all the ladies at the gift shop, Alluwanna,Latoya,Kenisha, Vanada, Marie (makes the best omelettes, Jessica our server at breakfast and in the kitchen Papi the amazing chef ( food was DELICIOUS ) Dieu-bon and Abhishak, We also spent some time at their sister resort The Beach House which was also wonderful. the staff there were so attentive, YEIRY our champagne gal was just terrific, fun and kind, Glenny and Anderson Raphael as well. The resort had a great location and so much to do or not, depending on your needs. We are definitely planning on going back next year and will stay at the Alexandra again. See you soon and thank you again for a fantastic vacation.

My bf and I came here for 5 days and first week of October. I've done thorough research on All-inclusive and this was the best "Budget Friendly" one. Also, October tends to be a "low season" and a lot of the other hotels was either closed for remodeling or just closed. Our hotel wasn't as packed and we sure liked it that way. We stayed at a deluxe studio suite that came with a small kitchenette, mini fridge (fully stocked)**which you can totally drink! washer and dryer hook up, bathroom came with toiletries, and a view of the swimming pool. Everyday at the resort, there was a "theme" cocktail and activities. The food here was great, except for asian night lol.. The bar had excellent choices (henny, grey goose, patron, etc) with strong drinks, shout out to Chadley for being an amazing bartender! During the times when the buffet was closed, there was a snack bar with pizza, hot dogs, burgers, and popcorn. Also, SHOUT OUT to Walker for remembering my late night snack order and making bomb pasta. I suggest trying a bit of everything here. Shout out to Mario and Charles for being the hype mens and show us great hospitality. These guys provided great recommendations! We ventured into town and rode the bikes*(as a suggestion, please get short ppl bikes, thanks!) into salt mill mall and it was pretty dead aka no tourist and a lot of the shops closed. We also got a chance to visit the other sister resort "Beach House"; it's A LOT smaller than Alexandra. Beach house has better drinks and better snorkeling. They have a man made coral reef and on a good day, you could see sea turtles, colorful fishes, and sting rays. Pro Tip: -Pack less -Bring laundry detergent -MOS DEF BRING BUG SPRAY & benadryl anti-itch cream/benadryl *we got mosquito bites -Bring cash *USD is their primary currency* for tips and fish fry Thursday -SPF 80, the sun out here is NO JOKE
