We stayed at this Fairmont for 2 nights with Gold Experience. I must say their service was excellent! They will try their best to accommodate and make you comfortable. A special shout out to Neha D. for an exceptional experience. She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and an unforgettable experience. My aunt is vegetarian and there weren’t much vegetarian options, she requested the kitchen to cook something for her especially. Really appreciate Neha’s thoughtfulness. She was also had a great attitude as well! Thank you so much Neha D.! The pillow and beds were fluffy and firm as well. Would recommend staying here!

We are staying in one of the gold suites and our experience on the gold floor lounge has been spectacular. Ryan, has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at “home”. His attention to detail has been extraordinary (he kindly brought me a blanket because he noticed that I was chilly while studying). His hospitality and professionalism definitely sets the bar for excellence. Well done Fairmont, when you select employees of this calibre, you ensure repeat business.

Went on a girls trip with just my 5 year old daughter and was a very nice hotel. We got room service for breakfast was super fancy! Pool was great, just the general ambiance was amazing. The people are also very nice and go above and beyond. They brought my daughter a little kids housecoat. Was a great experience. 10/10 recommend!

A wonderful experience at this Iconic hotel. The check in staff were quick and efficient I was greeted by Patty at Hawthorn she was charming, friendly and warm. Shout out to Brittany she was also fabulous I will definitely return Thank you to all for making this a memorable one

Great location. A lot of staff available to assist you in room, in restaurant, at front desk, concierge, and bell hops. Rooms are quiet and the bed is superb.
