We went for our babymoon and had the most wonderful experience. We booked through a 3rd party and our room was overbooked but Randy helped us out and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much Randy for making it a better experience than we could have expected

I absolutely love the Catamaran. I am extremely fond of Diante who always helps me make my reservation and Randy at the front desk who makes sure I have everything I need. The location is excellent so many great restaurants near by e.g. The Mission, World Finest, lots of Sushi places, etc. as well as the restaurants in the hotel. I always stay in a Bay Front room to catch the breeze and see all the people. Lol

I stay at the Catamaran frequently, and the team and staff there are truly terrific and help make this hotel feel like a home away from home for me. From the restaurant and bar staff to the parking and bellman staff, everyone is very friendly and hospitable. But the team at the front desk is beyond exceptional…led by Joanne, the team is always so welcoming and warm, and so helpful and accommodating, I would feel very comfortable saying you’re always in good hands checking in and throughout your stay working with Joanne and the team at the front desk of this outstanding hotel!!!

Was booking for a staff member who will be attending a conference in June at the Catamaran Resort. Online booking shows it was sold out. Was already frantic thinking we lost out on a good deal. Thankfully, Renee was able to find us a room at the conference rate to boot! Couldn't have asked for a better agent to speak to. She was very professional and really nice. We look forward to the stay and amenities the hotel has to offer after this pleasant interaction with the agent. And basing on all the other reviews that have been posted so far, I firmly believe they will deliver!
