A great time at Coconut Bay resort in St Lucia

Awesome resort, a little dated, but everything worked fine, and they are discreetly working to maintain and update the facilities. It is 5 mins to airport. We didn’t realize there was water sports and Oceanside seating down the beach until day 4, as there was no welcome tour, which we saw happening on our last day prior to leaving! Very good food, with most being labeled as to whether it was gluten free and or vegan. plentiful beverages. The specialty restaurants, especially Silk and Calabash were very very good. Upstairs piano bar and Veranda restaurant were great. Never waited for anything more than a couple of minutes. Pools and activities never crowded. All staff was very friendly. Sometimes bartenders were quite chatty with each other delaying drinks. Day trip to volcano and waterfall was well worth the cost. A special shout out To Zambia, Dillan, Edward, Godfrey, Ken, Lucia our server at Tratoria, our maid Regina who did a fantastic job, and Tiffany G at the tour desk. We can’t wait to come back. If you can’t have a great time at this resort-don’t leave home!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Coconut Bay Resort and Spa. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were accessible and I really liked how the restaurants were in one area. There was also great variety in terms of food. They had evening entertainment or theme nights every evening we were there. Amazingly they had a petting zoo there as well. There was a rescue agency there that had pups available for adoption. We left with a beautiful puppy and the staff at the hotel, Saint Lucia Animal Protection society, and The Bruno Project arranged everything on very short notice. All we had to do was pick up our puppy and bring her home with us on the plane. A special shout out to Cheryl at the Bruno Project.
