From top to bottom my 3 day stay went perfectly! The property is beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms everything was spotless. The staff was genuinely friendly and even called me to let me know when a package for me had arrived. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a flawless stay in Anaheim!

This is a hotel off the beaten path but with many perks. There is an ART shuttle to the park. There is a buffet breakfast for around $10 per adult. The only restaurant is the bar, and the selection is slim pickings. However, the pizza was a good deal for around $15. (A 12 inch with eight slices.) free coffee is available in the lobby. The room was clean and tidy, ample towels. It had been recently refurbished. Either stay in a fireworks view room over the pool or go down to the pool. There are excellent views of the fireworks for a decent price versus some of the other properties. Parking cost around $17-20 but it is well worth it. The lot is small but had room for everyone. They have a small store with a selection of snacks and items you might have left behind. Also, there is a small smattering of souvenirs at decent prices.

My family stayed here for the four nights of our Disneyland trip. It was a very comfy, very clean hotel. Each queen bed had four pillows, with more in the closet. There was enough parking. The buffet breakfast had scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, toast and muffins, cereal, and a waffle maker. A Disneyland shuttle is supposed to stop there but I wouldn't wait for it if you can walk. It's only a 10-minute walk. Each morning I saw people who had waited over half an hour for the shuttle. This hotel is also located next to the Garden Walk, which is a block of shops and very good restaurants, such as The Cheesecake Factory and McCormick & Schmick's. The only negatives about our stay is that the breakfast policy is not communicated well. When we booked, we were told it included a free breakfast for children. We assumed (and never do that) it was the standard of 0-9 years or even the Disneyland standard of 0-10. Nope, it was 0-5. Others were confused as well, such as the family who had eaten for free for two days and on the third, when a new employee came on duty, were told they had to pay. They complained to the front desk about it, who also seemed to be somewhat confused by the policy. The other negative was the size of the shampoo and conditioner that came with the room. They were barely enough for one and a half washes, and very hard to squeeze out of the plastic containers. This is basically a family hotel, with multiple people in each room, so the freeby shampoo doesn't come close to covering it. If you didn't bring your own shampoo, I recommend asking for more right away, before you need it. Overall, though, a very nice stay. The hotel has a pool, fitness room, and free wifi. It claims to have a gift shop, but it's miniscule.

Excellent location, Excellent employees, particularly Ciro, Ellie and Mish at the front desk along with breakfast and free parking. Can't do much better than this. Very short walk to Disneyland and an even shorter walk to Anaheim GardenWalk. Depending on which side of the hotel you stay on, you can see Disneyland fireworks at night. There is some traffic noise from the freeway, but I personally found it to be excellent white noise. Great zero edge pool and large jacuzzi.

The staff here (Elizabeth at the front desk, other front desk personnel and managers that we had contact with) are friendly, helpful, and very good at what they do. Even the custodial and maintenance staff greeted us warmly. The place is ridiculously clean: spotless rooms, super-clean breakfast area with an attendant making sure things are kept stocked and the tables bussed), and I even saw an employee sweeping and scrubbing the parking stalls in the under-hotel garage! The location is about a 15-minute walk to the front gates of Disneyland along well-lit streets, although a city shuttle is also available for a small fee. The breakfast was ample and fresh and they actually changed it up (offerring different items) the two days were there. The room we had was huge with a large area left open for things like cribs or a rollaway next to the very comfortable king bed. . There is some road noise from I-5 if you are on that side of the building, so come prepared with ear plugs or a fan for white noise and you'll be all set. Please note that they are charging for parking now (since converting over to a Hilton from a Radisson) and for breakfast ($8.95 per adult) but the experience here was excellent overall. The pool area looked fantastic and we were sorry that we did not have the time (plus it was a little cold outside) to enjoy it. Maybe next time. We will return.
