The service from all the employees was great. Our stay was pleasant. The only restaurants need more on the menu. The room got hot in the middle of the day, but we do plan on returning October of 2025
Don’t go with great expectations

Hotel construction on the main lobby of the Zilara that wasn’t mentioned on the website when booking. They haven’t done much maintenance on the building since it was the Ritz Carlton. The food was just what you’d expect at an all inclusive very disappointed in the Hyatt. If you like to go for walks on the beach it won’t be happening here, there really isn’t much of a beach and very rocky.
