So much to say with. I’ll lead with the good! Keisha, the server on the beach and Mango, was above and beyond amazing! The rest of the staff were overly friendly or responsive. The ones in the coffee shop, rude and not happy about their jobs. The food was ok, not anything special but there was always something to eat. Smiley at the Palms restaurant, he was funny and a great person! The people at the jerk hut were the ones to go to if you wanted “herbs” each day we saw them selling it. Either the guy raking around the tables or another guy in a red shirt They would wonder down the beach towards the hobie cats to sell it. The beach was sweet, always a chair to be found. The ocean was warm and beautiful. The rooms were clean, beds were hard. There was an issue with the power going off and on for a few days, no back up generator kicked in and the flash lights didn’t work in the rooms.. Sadly a lady we meet there shattered her knee cap because there isn’t a back up generator. Someone ran her down in the hallway when the power went out.. This happened before her daughter’s wedding. I hope when she gets home that she gets her doctor to fix everything fast for her! Check in was smooth, check out was fine until I got to the airport to notice an additional $300 random charge on my credit card. No reply from the hotel yet on what it is as we don’t charge anything to our room. Picture included of Keisha, she truly was outstanding and sweet!

Britney and shanai from the entertainment team was so wonderful to be around and the activities that they did was so good they are one to be around.They also give me a lot of information to use about the hotel.The nightly activities are also wonderful.
