Excellent resort. The Thai restaurant was amazing, delicious food. Great service. Elsa, made the beds amazingly great, leaving notes every night with sweet words. Really enjoyed it. Friendly staffs and safe resort.

Pretty great, could use a bit of improvement.

We just returned from our family vacation. We enjoyed and 8 day, 7 night trip. Check in with smooth. We were a bit early so we hit the buffet for lunch. The rooms are spacious, although definitely dated. The bed was comfortable enough. Our air conditioning malfunctioned a few times and we had to call the front desk for servicing and it was also very loud while it was running making it difficult to fall asleep. The sink in the bathroom filled up while brushing teeth. The grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of. Staff is all lovely and extremely hard-working. The plaza shopping mall was a nice added touch, and the Star cafe for iced coffee/specialty coffees in the morning was amazing. We traveled as a family of five. Our children ranging in ages from 10 to 15. The place is great for kids. Kids are literally everywhere. I don't know if I would recommend this for couples traveling without children. I would definitely go elsewhere with just my husband. The Star camp for kids looked great, although my kids didn't join in on any activities. We like our beach vacations to be just relaxing at the pool and the beach. We stayed in the building 55 which was right next to the wave pool. There's definitely a lot of walking involved to get from place to place at this resort. I personally loved all of the walking. It's nice to get some exercise when you're eating and drinking all day. The gym facility was really nice. My daughter and I utilized that most mornings. It was one of the nicest gyms I've seen at a hotel. The beach was beautiful and free of seaweed in front of all of the Iberostar hotels. We walked a bit down the beach and it wasn't as nice. The pools are beautiful. The towel game is in full force here, so be prepared to be up to reserve your pool chair with your towel by 8:00 a.m. I saw so many people not tipping the servers, these people work extremely hard for low wages and really appreciate you tipping them for their hard work. The servers at the beach and the pool in particular work very hard serving drinks and cleaning up after us. It doesn't hurt to give them a dollar or two per round, when they're working so hard. Please tip your servers, room cleaners, bell boys, etc. (Even if it's not customary to tip in YOUR country!!!) Overall it was a great day. We've traveled to several all-inclusives and I give it a solid 4 stars.

January 11 to the 18th We used Canada transfers for a second time in Mexico and this company I highly recommend no problems finding them at the airport we did private transfers for a group of 6 delivered us directly to the hotel first class vehicles pick-up after our trip no problems. Check in at the hotel was no problem Maria took care of a group of 6 and all our rooms ready were at 3 o’clock when we arrived As mentioned in other reviews there is a concierge in every building our building was 53 was very centrally located it was towards a quieter end of the pool very calm and relaxing Hector was our concierge upon arrival and booked our dinner reservations for the entire week. Process was all done within about 20 minutes after arrival. He was great I had a few more requests he took care of them all with no problems. Everywhere we ate was very good with a good variety of food. Japanese restaurant five star a little bit different from your normal Japanese restaurant as you get everything on the menu I only eat the chicken and beef but they also give you fish and shrimp outstanding. Mexican restaurant chicken tacos were excellent all the tacos are very good A special shout out to the star friends Adriana & Mary, Roberto at the Sports bar, Nester and Evelyn the concierges. Emmanuel and Angel at walk up the pool bar by the wave pool and Fanny the waitress by the pool took care of the wife's very well. Tip: A Tip goes along way no matter how small. I'm in my mid 60's have traveled for the last 30 years and this Resort "Exceeded my Expectations"

While staying at the Iberostar Lindo The evening bartender at the main bar made our stay five-star with his attention to our needs. He truly made the stay over the top for us.My favorite part of the day it was ending up at the fish tank bar with Rudolfo

We visited this resort for 5 nights, joining our son & his wife, along with their 2 sons 6 & 8. We found the restaurants to be good, and the buffet restaurant had so many choices, more so than a lot of other resorts we have visited. We enjoyed the Japanese tapanyaki with good food a fun show by the chef. We were not rushed as we have been in other resorts. My wife really liked the Mexican restaurant. The coffee shop was great with lots of choices, both liquid and food. The property is quite long, front to back but there are shuttle trams if needed. The grounds are nice. The main pool is quite large, but was a little cool as was the wave pool. Personally I found the ocean warmer, and the waves were fun to play in. There were some isolated rocks / stones in some places. We enjoyed the lobby bar with it's AC for for pre & post dinner drinks. Several nights we visited the market square where there is a small merry go round, coffee shop, ice cream store and a candy store which the kids and adults enjoyed. Scoop your own ice cream with lots of toppings were in a lot of restaurants. Our room was looked after nicely, the AC was great and always lots of hot water. We will return.
