Good but few issues.

Overall good experience just a few issues with the bathrooms like broken tp holder, no soap, and TV basically was pointless.

Location okay but not worth it

They charge to use the mini fridge. The outlets were all loose and the one in the bathroom (the most important to us ladies) didn’t work.

This hotel is GREAT for heavy drinkers!!

I’m filing a fraud case against you guys. When I checked in on Thursday, my room was disgusting. Women’s hair was found in the bathroom on the floor, in the tub and on the shower gel and shampoo dispenser in the shower. More hair and dirt was also found on the bed. I called the front desk numerous times and was on hold for 35mins (I know this because I was watching the game at the time). The phone was finally answered by a gentleman of a different nationality TALKING AND LAUGHING in the background. I had to say HELLO for him to stop being unprofessional and address my needs. AS SOON AS I WENT INTO MY ISSUE, WITHOUT NOTICE HE TRANSFERRED ME TO HOUSEKEEPING!! Housekeeping apologized for their rude and unprofessional behavior and transferred me back to the front desk. I was on hold for OVER AN HOUR!!!!!!! I then called back to ask for a supervisor and the gentleman said that one wasn’t available!!!! He never helped!!! Yesterday, my tv wasn’t working and I requested someone to come fix it. NO ONE EVER CAME AND MY DOWN TIME AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS RUINED!!!! I paid for a CLEAN, FULLY FUNCTIONING ROOM! I didn’t receive that, nor did I receive help! I came here on business, not to party!!! In my soberness, I expected to be able to relax and keep a low profile in my room. You guys ruined that. I will be writing a review and speaking with my bank regarding a refund because of not getting what I paid for! Here are some suggestions for you: -Fire some current staff members and hire those that practice moral competency! -CLEAN THE ROOMS!!! -Don’t assume that everyone comes to Vegas to NOT spend time in their room. -Don’t assume that everyone will be too drunk to care about the incompetency that MGM clearly displays. -Never assume that the customer that chooses a humble room, has no public reach. Great hotel

Great rooms and service . Friendly staff and a great variety of games . The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here.
