Great room, staff, food, and drinks. Yomali is one of the best Butlers at the resort. I preferred Siempre restaurant for breakfast. Florinda, Anna, and Eduardo were some of the best wait staff there. Very attentive and professional.

Just got home after a 4 day 3 night stay for mom's bday trip. Beautiful location and no kids. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Skip Pescadero (the Japanese restaurant), disappointing. Siempre for dinner was good. Cafe by pool was comforting. More food options at Sunset and the Market, shuttles available. Spa was relaxing, although I enjoyed it more than mom did. We had the same treatment, but mom said the massage could've been a little more pressure applied. As for signing every bill, I didn't know if this was the norm or not, but I figured they do this just in case you wanted to tip extra. I kept all receipts for final bill comparison. $500 USD for duration of stay was placed on the card for incidentals. And a charge if $1 per day was done for their foundation. This made me a little upset. It's a $1, yes, but would've been nice to be informed of this at check in. Service was hit or miss. Some were attentive and some we waited and waited. Finally, like title says, this was our first and last AI experience. We're not big drinkers, so it's simply not worth it. Food wise, it seemed stingy, in way of portions (lots of starch, little veggies), fruits cut up in cubes as if for babies. Using imitation crab at a Japanese restaurant. *coughs* Pescadero *coughs*

Yomali our butler made our stay complete. If ever we came back it would be because of her. She has gone above and beyond to make our stay here care free. If she knew she haf not made arrangements for our evening meal she woild text me and ask where we would want a reservstion for supper. I passed out from too much sun, she was with me the whole time holding my hand and talking to the people taking care of me. She made our stay great

This resort was exactly what we hoped it’d be. It was laid-back and quiet. Every single staff member was kind and attentive. We received excellent customer service the entire time we were there. It is a quick 15 minute taxi ride downtown (around 14 USD) and they have free shuttles to any of their sister resorts. We went up to Sunset Beach a couple of times and it was nice but we were always happy to get back to Pacifica. The calm and relaxing atmosphere there was like no other. At breakfast there were more than enough options for food on the buffet. At night the restaurants didn’t disappoint. The sushi was excellent and all of our drinks were well made. The couches and the fires by the Peninsula bar were one of our favorite places to hang out. The grounds themselves are beautiful and well-kept. We rented the beach beds one day and that was lovely. The service that came with those was on point as well. We had a broken ironing board and upon letting them know, a new one was delivered to our door within the hour. There were 4 of us and we are all between 30-35 years of age. It is not a party resort by any means, but if you want good food, good drinks and a relaxing time it’s definitely a great choice. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and Cabo in general. Anyone that has anything bad to say must be someone who just likes to complain. It was absolutely lovely.
