Average rooms, good location and staff though

We stayed here for 3 nights while on vacation at Disneyland. We rate the rooms average. The odd thing at this hotel is that you cannot individually control the thermostat in your room. There is a sign stating this next to the thermostat. It was cold for all of us and we called for space heaters for both the rooms we booked. They were brought up (the first space heater I got, I realized was broken and had to call a second time). However, using the space heaters in the dead of winter made the air in the rooms very dry and uncomfortable, especially when we were all with a cold/flu. Secondly, the sliding closet door was broken and it was challenging to use the closet. The sink counter space is very small with little room to set your toiletries. No cabinets underneath either to store stuff. The shower/toilet room was tiny. If someone had mobility issues, that could be a problem. The bathroom areas are in need of renovations for sure and felt very dated. The staff however was excellent from front desk, housekeeping, guest services, restaurant/bar, room service. They were responsive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean. The hotel is in serious need for a renovation. The rooms are very dark. The furnishings are old and very dated. The rooms were small with poor placement of the few electrical outlets. The rooms are adequate for two guest, but very tight for any additional guest over the age of ten. The location is perfect for a visit to Disneyland. It is about a 10 minute walk to the park. We would stay elsewhere for our next visit unless the property is renovated.

Short walk to disneyland, surrounded by planty of places to eat, drink and play this place was so comfortable to stay due to clean room, spaciuos room, i recommend a balcony room, so you can have door open, omly negative you cant adjust thermostat in the room. all what you need as a guest is there for you and nothing was to much trouble for the staff.

At the price, don’t expect miracles

The good - Excellent location if visiting Disney - 15 minute walk CVS, Walgreens and a dodgy 7-11 just down the road. Really pleasant staff - Jennifer on late reception was amazing with the Disney tips - definitely stop in for a chat. Beds comfy, and a good room layout with adequate storage for a week stay so that your not falling over your luggage. The bad - Absolutely horrid water pressure in the shower - even worse when the room next door was using their shower at the same time Horrid lumpy and super soft pillows Blood spots on the duvets - they at least looked older and faded so I assume they are stains In room tea/coffee - don’t bother - I cleaned the Mr Coffee because ours was nasty. Tea and coffee never restocked. Easier to just get our own from CVS - at least it was drinkable. The weird - there are no lights in the ceiling in the rooms. 3 dim lamps around the room and that’s it - made the room dim and unpleasant.
