Great for a convention

Bullmastiffmom2max (New York City, New York) on Apr 23, 2024

I did not stay at this resort, but attended a three day convention here. This is a large hotel with, what appeared most people attending conventions. I wouldn’t consider it a family place since it appears to be geared towards large conventions and conferences. The food prices are crazy expensive. The staff in the convention halls are amazing. They were constantly going around cleaning, replacing water bottles and keeping everything in order. I couldn’t believe how large the conference rooms were. They were beautiful, well kept and with all the people there, it didn’t feel crowded. Great place for a conference, but I wouldn’t vacation there

Fun Day trip for family

N2WHA (Orlando, Florida) on Apr 22, 2024

Stayed here for 1 night with the family and it was a good experience. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very good. It does get very busy with the conference so be wary of dining options. The pool and lazy river were fun for the whole family.
