We are super happy with Luis, Sergio and Giovani! They made sure we were happy all day!!! Super polite, and eager to please!

In the following review, you will read the reasons why we have already booked our 6th visit to this amazing resort. As a well traveled and very particular couple, with the experience of cruise ships, European vacations and many, many times to resorts all over Mexico, it is our absolute conclusion that Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta, knocks everyone else out of the park! BTW, when staying here we always upgrade to the Fiesta Club level (highly recommended) and that is where the excellence begins. Following are just some of the people who made our stay so special. Sonne Club: Rafael and Nacho are the smiling familiar faces we see at these exquisite pools.The speed at which they work is remarkable.Their service is just superb. Poolside speciality cocktails? No problem. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Chula Vista Restaurant: Greeted by hostesses Danae and Marijose, two delightful young ladies (Danae by the way has a very cute haircut), always took us to the outside verandah for breakfast. Here we were looked after by the ever attentive Gume who knew our tastes in just one day and every following morning, two Mimosas and two coffees would magically appear. Such a kind, thoughtful and wonderful gentleman. Mexican Fiesta Night: Hosted by the great entertainments manager and Mr.Personality Plus, this was such a professional show! Bravo! Our waiter for the evening, Claudio, ensured that we wanted for nothing (including a delicious tequila shot). El Mexicano: Delighted to find the ever smiling Claudio was working there on the night we reserved. We had heard about and asked for a Flaming Mexican Coffee. The show that Claudio put on as he deftly handled flaming alcohol, pouring it from glass to glass, is deserving of the highest accolades. Bravo! Rosato: On the island section of this wonderful restaurant it was Diego and Yulissa, who again exemplified the meaning of the words “servicio excellente”. Diego’s service was again another example of this resort's commitment to excellence. During dinner we met Ernesto, the Food and Beverage Manager, a charming man and highly knowledgeable Sommelier, who invited us to a special 3 Course Wine Pairing Menu on our final night at the Rosato. The meal was a joy. Each course came with an explanation of the wine pairing, thoroughly explained by Diego. (Who knew that Tomato Bisque should be accompanied by a sparkling wine or champagne? I know now). Ernesto came by to check on how we enjoyed everything. All we could say was, just fabulous! Thank you Ernesto, Diego and Yulissa. Shout out to Javier, who on two occasions gently took my wife’s hand to lead her down the dark steps. Eight Floor Bar: Eduardo, gracias amigo for introducing me to some lovely cocktails. So there you have it, a detailed review that only touches on the excellence of this resort and it's wonderful people. Take it from a very particular and well traveled couple that if service excellence, highest standards of cleanliness and the finest food is top of your booking needs, look no further, they're all here. Rooms are cleaned daily, bed is comfy and nice bedding and pillows, typical amenities such as shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc. Every room has a balcony with at least a partial ocean view and beautiful flowers on the deck. We could not get the coffee machine to work, but a call to room service and they bring a carafe with cream and sugars and they bring it quickly, about 5 min. This is an older resort but it is kept very clean. They are doing work on some of the rooms and balconies so it can be noisy during the day. There are peacocks on the property and they sometimes screech all night, so if you want to sleep with slider open to have the breeze and listen to the ocean it's almost impossible, plus they have loud music that starts in the lobby bar at nine and can go as late as 1:00 am. These are the only negatives. But we just closed the slider and turned on the air...problem solved. This is our 1st experience at an all inclusive and I have to say the food and service are amazing. The seafood cafe by the beach has excellent shrimp tacos and breaded fish, the Italian restaurant has the best steak we have ever had. The asian restaurant, the food is all pretty spicy, even the pad Thai, so just a heads up on that. The buffet has a great breakfast with fresh omelette station, tons of fresh fruit and huge variety of pastries and lots of other choices, and will even bring you mimosas or anything else you want to drink. Then for lunch they set up a food station by the pool bar that has a great assortment of tacos and salads, etc. There is also a grill with burgers and dogs for people who want something simple. Lots of activities for kids here if you bring your family. Bring lots of small bills to tip your servers. They all work very hard to make sure your stay is perfect. This is our 5th day here and we will be back! Special thanks to Danae, she is the most friendly and fun hostess I have ever seen. We look forward to seeing her every day. The location is between the Malecon and the marina. Easy $10 taxi ride to either...perfect

Service was amazing! Food was very good and great quality. Pool was great and good for families as well. Activities all day for everyone. We spent most time at the pool. Poolside service or swim up bar. Whatever you choose The waiters are very attentive all day We had Team Luis, Sergio y Giovani Thank you for our lovely stay. Can’t wait to come back and see you again

This is our 3rd year in a row and our service here is always top notch. Team Luis, Sergio, and Giovanni are the best. Always there for our needs. Highly recommend Fiesta Americana. Food is also very good for an all inclusive. Sometimes all inclusives you are forgotten about, not here! Amazing will be back for our 4th time next year!
