My stay went above and beyond my expectations for a pandemic hotel. They were clearly doing everything they could to make the stay comfortable while staying within gov. guidelines. The staff was also exceptionally kind and helpful.

beautiful, clean, awesome staff, lobby you want to hang out in all day, great lattes in the morning, great location, peaceful, will definitley be back! The only thing that got in the way of full enjoyment was COVID because the lobby bar- which is amazing- could not be open.

Great location, right in the center ofJapantown. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Felt very safe and you could tell that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times. Great location with plenty of great restaurants near by. The Lobby is a great place to relax and catch up on some work or have a improv photoshoot.

Excellent service, caring but not overbearing, beautiful lobby with lovely areas to relax and renew, right in the action of Japantown. You can walk to everything, and the corner king suite has an amazing view of the city!

Great property. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Felt very safe and you could tell that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times. Great location with plenty of great restaurants near by. The Lobby is a great place to relax and catch up on some work.
