The hotel itself is alright, although requires some thorough cleaning. The one thing that made this whole experience poor has been the sunbeds. You would think that coming to a hotel, you wouldn’t have to worry about being able to relax on the beach. But low and behold, the butlers reserving sunbeds from before 7am, meaning that you cannot get one to enjoy until much later in the day. This not only defeats the purpose of a relaxing vacation but also creates unnecessary stress for guests who have to constantly monitor the availability of sunbeds. It's disappointing that the hotel management hasn't addressed this issue effectively, as it significantly diminishes the overall experience for paying guests. Additionally, it reflects poorly on the professionalism and consideration of the hotel staff, who should prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of their guests above all else.

The third Sandals we’ve been to and was by far the worst. First day entering the place, the two main pools were murky, looked like pond water. After we complained they suggested we go to the other side where pools were cleaner. Mold and black residue on the side of the buildings. The bars were constantly out of mint, bananas, straws. Literally asked us to walk to the neighboring resort to get a draft beer because the pool bar draft was broken all week. The worst thing there was service. Every bartender acted like they could care less if we were there. Nobody was happy!! Always had to flag the wait staff down to get a drink refilled. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Besides the service, the AC went out because of the sensors on the balcony door. Took maintenance and the butler a day and a half to respond after numerous phone calls. Waited almost an hour for food every evening at dinner after order was placed. Most of the time you couldn’t even get a cold bottled water….always room temperature or warm. Hardly ever any clean towels at the pools. When you pay for a place like this, you expect a lot better! Every couple we talked with had issues and were very unhappy as well. Don’t waste your time or money, They need a complete renovation starting with the people!
